To reach Como lake, car is needed. Quite a Ride due to Mountain Location.

Nice rooms, parking in the property however entry was quite narrow. Walk distance to city centre.

A beautiful place with a soul, a very nice, open-minded owner and a view of the Alpes, I would definitely recommend to anyone to stay there. The room is decorated with taste and clean, the bathroom, although shared with other guests, is also kept in order. You can have a good breakfast. Seamless check-in and check-out. We were charmed with the place.

Missing eggs on breakfast

It’s located 20 mins away from lake Como but so worth renting it! We had an amazing room with a balcony where we could sit in the evening and enjoy the local pizza. I liked the village - there are only Italians and no tourists! The road towards it rather good but the view over Como when you come closer is astonishing! The bills is old and so beautiful! Breakfast is on the top floor and it’s nice. We shared the kitchen and the bathroom with another room and it was not an issue! They had everything we needed and communication with the host was great!

Exceptionally friendly hosts! They met us when we came late in the evening and we felt welcomed, as if we came to friends or family :) The villa itself is really nice, combining modern pieces (i.e. bathroom, windows) with historic furniture. The location is beautiful, see attached photo. Even in the winter it looks nice, I expect in summer it is even greater. Breakfast exceeded our expectations: coffee, juices, pastry, musli, yoghurt, ham&cheese....

We stayed here for two nights while exploring the lake Como area. The property served as a great home base to travel around by car. The room was super spacious and comfortable and the shared bathroom was very modern and shared with only one other room. The breakfast had plenty of food and staff were super friendly.

The hosts of Villa Alma know how to make their guests feel welcome. Such hospitality is rare. We enjoyed the accommodation and their hosts and the two wonderful pets completed a brilliant stay for us as a family. Definately worth a visit! Good luck with further building your business!

A fan in a room would be an advantage, since during the day it gets quite hot. Basic kitchen stuff was missing (pots, some utensils etc.)

Beautiful villa with a soul, very well located in a charming village, just 15 minutes from Argegno. The host was lovely and very helpful. Also had a great approach to dogs, overall a very dog-friendly place! A big, beautiful garden and private parking just by the house (not on the street). We were late for a check in and the host was very understanding and we had no problems with checking in a few hours later than planned. The breakfast was tasty and with a great view from the balcony.

The location of the Villa is amazing for people who want to escape from city and have relaxing moments at a beautiful village! We loved the place and we recommend it 👍 The property manager is so helpful supportive and with great hospitality background which adds value on the way managing the guests! Very nice traditional villa, overlooking the village. Had a nice garden, large rooms with good bathroom facilities and, very important, parking within the premises (essential as there are no parking spaces in the street. Host was very nice and made sure our stay was comfortable.

The house needs a renovation in terms of windows and electrical wiring and lighting. No air conditioning installed in the room as (instead) mentioned on the website. After asking the question, we got a mobile air conditioning unit but the window needed to stay open (meaning that any insect, like mosquitoes or flies, could come in). We were lucky because it was not so warm that night. It is quite far from Como and you need to drive winding roads to get there (and come back).

Quiet place, spacious room. Correct breakfast. Nice old grandma house. If you like an hostel vibe, then you will love it! There are 2 very quiet dogs walking in the garden. Our family room was at the 3rd floor (without lift), for us it was not a problem but it needs to be considered if you need to bring up heavy suitcases. In few minutes walk you get to the center of the tiny town and you can enjoy a nice mountain panorama. The house has a big garden. We did not use it because it was raining but otherwise I think it could be relaxing spending time there reading a book, for example. The parking is on site next to the garden.

The floor was very, very creaky. The door of the room was very thin, so the soundproofing was very poor. It interfered with resting in silence and peace. Overall, a very cozy place. You can see that the owner tried very hard. If noises inside the apartment and from the surroundings (neighbors, dogs, children, cars under the window) do not disturb, the place is suitable for this price.
