How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

We didn't had a table in the balcony. We had 2 seats, but no table. You have to keep the glasses in hands. In the breakfast we didn't had any kind of cheese, was the same breakfast every day, nothing change. The hotel has a small parking but we didn't receive place there, we had to park our car in a parking very far from the hotel.
The hotel is near the beach, a very beautiful beach with good water and sand.. We had included in the price, 2 seats and 1 umbrella. The room was cleaned every day. The hotel has elevator. In the hotel you can find books to read. The coffee in the breakfast was very good.

Our room did not have a balcony. That's really missing when you come from the beach and have nowhere to dry your towels and swimsuits, or sit outside in the evening. I think this is missing from the room description so you know what room you are booking.
If you don't mind the noise of the street, the hotel is on the main promenade. The beach is close, great.

We liked everything! The staff was so nice, whether at breakfast, the reception or cleaning staff. The room was spacious and very clean. We also loved the balcony; it was big enough to sit outside and enjoy the sea view as well as to put up your towels up to dry. Breakfast had an abundant choice of fresh fruits, eggs, bacon, croissants and cakes, cold cuts and cheese. The location is perfect on the Via Bafile: close by you have a lot of restaurants and shops. The beach was fantastic! It only takes you about 3min to walk to the beach and you get your sunlounger and parasol for the duration of your stay. We definitely come back again and can only recommend Hotel Vienna!

The hotel is located in a safe area, easy to reach by public transport or car. Just next to the beach, with many options for having lunch/dinner/ shopping. Even Dechatlon or other small shops if you forget something. Is located on an animated street, with possibilities to have something to eat even after midnight. Breakfast at the hotel is tasty and plenty of choices. The room was nice, with a small terrace, and cleaned daily. If you are used to sleep in a double bed, make sure you ask for it, cause the single bed option is around 80 x 200cm. The staff is very nice, welcoming, and ready to help you in the best way they can. Enjoy!

We received a room on 1st floor facing the inner courtyard, the view is not so great from here (the hotel could put some roof plants not to have an industrial feel). However our room was very quiet, the rooms facing the street could be noisy, having a bar next to the hotel. The kiosk at the beach makes up an 'Ibiza' like atmosphere especially in the afternoon, which is great for a while, but the staff was very kind to provide us a sunbed & umbrella a little bit away from this kiosk, and then it was OK. Otherwise everything was OK, our holiday was great at the hotel and at its beach.
The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious, selection at the breakfast was great and tasty. Parking was in a walking distance and had access to the car at any time (at other hotels the staff is needed). Location is perfect to stroll in the evenings, good restaurants nearby and many shops.
