The staff go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable . The breakfast as a big spread of pastries and the staff can fulfill any wish you may have.

The location of the property was great! Short walk to and from the train and bus station, in the middle of town, walking distance to lots of delicious restaurants, shops, and the beach! The best thing about the hotel is the staff. They make you feel so welcome and valued! As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with a cocktail and our luggage was taken to our room. Every morning, there is a beautiful breakfast and made to order eggs, juice, and cappuccino. Best hospitality I have ever experienced in my travels. I highly recommend to all visiting beautiful Pescara!

TV in bedroom area was small. Shower was difficult at first figuring out how to turn on/off and adjust, but we did get it working pretty quickly. Wish they had provided wash cloths.

Likes: Employees were very polite, friendly, helpful, kind! We felt appreciated! Our room was upgraded to a lovely & spacious suite. Very clean! Hotel had an elevator and our suite had a nice balcony. Hotel located within short walk to the beach, many shoppes & eateries. Front desk assisted us with a transfer back to Rome at the conclusion of our stay. Van rate was reasonable. Free breakfast was delicious with many choices including cooked to order eggs. Nice seating area for dining. Bed was comfortable Hotel provided a robe & slippers Lovely paintings on hotel room doors gave hotel a unique feel. Would definitely stay again!!

The boutique hotel is centrally located, very close to the beach as well. Rooms are renovated and really clean, the staff is very professional and willing to assist you 24/7. What also stands out for me is the home-made breakfast and the huge variety of options.

If I had to mention one small thing, it would be about breakfast. My eating habits might be a bit different from the usual offerings — I tend to look for fresh vegetables and cheese in the morning, while the breakfast here had more of a sweet tooth, with plenty of desserts and cookies! That said, I really appreciated that after I shared this with the team, some veggies started to appear a few days later. It was a lovely sign of how responsive and caring the staff are.

I was very positively impressed by the hospitality at this hotel — the way the staff treated guests was warm, thoughtful, and truly welcoming. This level of service made my stay especially enjoyable. And all of this was on top of a great location and high-quality accommodations: the room, bathroom, and overall facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Trying to figure out how to turn on the shower.

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted at the front door by the staff who immediately assisted us with our luggage, parked our car, and escorted us into the hotel to register. The room was very clean, the bathroom was spacious by Italian standards, and the bed was very comfortable. In the evening, we were given a complementary glass of wonderful local wines with snacks. The location is a couple of blocks to the beach, and the shopping district is around the corner. We would definitely stay here again.

Top marks to the Victoria Hotel for everything. Excellent central location, 5 minutes from the railway and bus stations and 5 minutes from the sea. Fantastic staff - all so welcoming and friendly, offering extras such as putting a kettle in my room, the offer of a sandwich for my journey home etc. Spotlessly clean. The room and bathroom were fully refreshed each day and there was plentiful and instant hot water at good pressure in the shower. All very comfortable with a choice of pillows on the bed. The buffet breakfast is excellent. Some of everything is offered with cooked breakfasts made on request. Fresh coffee was made for whatever type was wanted. At the edge of the wonderful walking shopping area, the hotel was quiet.

Location was excellent! Just 10 minute walk to Central station, the beautiful beach and many wonderful restaurants. We toured some wineries within 30-40 minute drive from hotel. Room was clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the quaint street. Air conditioning worked well

Hotel perfection! Breakfast was fantastic. Great selection of Italian treats, plus eggs on request. The location-very short walk to a beautiful beach and restaurants were also close by. The service-I would give it an 11.
