A 2km walk to Gallipoli, I believe the hotel should run a shuttle bus a few times a day. Also a shuttle to beach or arranged pass to beach club 5 min walk down the road.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, we had a wonderful and very comfortable stay.

The apartment was very spacious and very clean, it was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the morning sun on the balcony with a pleasant view, easy parking, fabulous breakfast and the staff were so kind and friendly. There are beach areas close by that can be reached on foot, the nature reserve is only a few minutes by car. The old city of Galipolli can be reached on foot or it's a 5 min drive with the car.

It takes ~30min to reach the city centre.

Very nice room and facilities. Breakfast was very good. Stuff was incredible nice. Restaurant which we only discovered the last night was amazing.

Nothing absolutely perfect

The property was truly amazing staying with my 3 children. The hotel could not do enough for us. The location is out of the old town but the hotel do a courtesy bus - 5 euro to beach old town etc. Gallipoli is spectacular. The services at the hotel impeccable

The kettle is missing from the room and the air conditioning was not working the best. It could lower the temperature a little bit but sometimes not enough, especially during the day. Sometimes the pool can get a bit overcrowded and you also can find yourself without a sunbed because of it.

It is a pretty hotel that has a nice yard in the middle of it and also a great pool area with a garden segment. The room is spacious, there's a terrace and the bathroom is big enough. The breakfast was good although no vegetables or salads. There was some grilled vegetables but not fresh ones. Otherwise, the breakfast was good and had enough variety. The staff was polite, there's even a gym area and a spa, they have a parking and also parking on the street, but there's too many cars and guests so it's not easy to find the parking spot after everyone returns to the hotel.

Location within a residential area but the set up means it feels remote and quiet.

This is a super hotel. Well set out, every room has a balcony. Lovely pool, nice central courtyard, delicious breakfast and delightful and attentive staff. Well equipped gym. The hotel is a stones throw from the sea and a short walk to the local lidos. Takes about 40 minutes to walk to the old town which is a pleasant stroll. Highly recommended.

Location was not in keeping with hotel, with very little around the hotel. A good a 45 min walk into town with only a few bars and restaurants along the way.

Staff were warm, welcoming, nothing too much trouble. Super clean with everything you need.

The cleaning products smelled very strong and we had an allergic reaction to them.

The balcony overlooking the courtyard and the breakfast area were both charming.

The restaurant was disappointing as the buffet wasn’t chilled just left out on table neither heated or chilled The choices we made were good though

Reported water leaking onto floor from shower on the Thursday, that's probably why the wood on the door panelling is rotting away and hairdryer didn't work. Still not fixed on leaving (room 232). Pool attendant didn't do much, husband had to carry different sunbed up to the grass and had to put parasol up himself. Breakfast: no large spoons for cereal and lots of guest's were eating cereal with a teaspoon you had to ask for one. Hot food wasn't hot but on the whole breakfast was good with plenty choice

Room size was excellent as was the half circle balcony. Swimming pool was excellent. Courtyard was very peaceful. Restaurant and food was very good. Staff were pleasant.

Staff was polite but sometimes seemed lost when I asked for information (for example they provided me wrong opening hours of the gym, or they informed me of a promo of their SPA facility only the last day of my stay)

I ve booked the residence and the apartment was very comfortable and spacious. I loved the gym facility and the lovely pool.

The affiliated beach club was lovely but it would have been nice if the hotel offered a compimentary shuttle bus to the location which was approx 2km from the hotel. We took a taxi on the first morning so we knew where we were going and after that just walked to and from the beach - but a bus would have been much appreciated!.

The staff were all lovely - very polite and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean, very elegant and and felt special. The restaurant was also excellent and very good value.

We were only provided 2 complimentary bottles of water in the fridge on arrival, other hotels at a lower cost provided water, beer and soft drinks everyday in the fridge.

A really nice hotel, great facilities, staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, nice size room. Well equipped gym. Breakfast was great, almost too good!!

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. First and foremost the staff are absolutely fantastic, from the reception staff, to the morning buffet staff, to the maintenance /pool man, to the guy that runs the gym, to the cleaning staff, they are every one of them a credit to this hotel and maintained the warmest welcome and highest standards throughout our stay, all I can say to them is bravo. The facilities of the hotel are top class, the pool are and pool itself is immaculate a good size, they gym facilities are also very impressive and we made good use of them several times during the trip. The hotel itself is very modern and tastefully decorated and the rooms are ample and beds comfortable. The breakfast every morning is always excellent and the staff were always on hand to assist or provide me an extra cappuccino which were always on point. This hotel has exceptional standards and represents excellent value for money. We were really impressed by everything it had to offer and would highly recommend staying here. Congrats to them on running such an excellent show

Probably didn’t like the very shinny slippery tiles in the rooms and the height of the bath getting out of as it is the shower. Gym was not in this building and health spa didn’t have times available . Was roughly 2.5ks from the old city which is worth going to
