Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IraqI was disappointed with the cleanliness upon arrival. The room did not feel fresh, and I spent the entire night feeling itchy and uncomfortable. This was not the experience I expected, and it made my first night unpleasant. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and I hope the management takes this seriously for future guests.

DenmarkThe hotel is located on the first floor of an office building. It looks more like an office facility than a proper hotel, which made it difficult to find. The facilities were old. The bed, pillows, and sheets were clean and comfortable. There were many towels in the bathroom. The shower was perfect. A triple glass window efficiently blocked the noise of the busy street. Reception only from 9am -6 pm

perfect location, 2/3 minute walk to the main square & shops on your door step. Hotel is tucked away in a private door you almost miss it. Rooms are large and nicely equipped. Good coffee machine and shower!

The room was clean! The staff was excellent and helpful! The location great! Near everything. Secure doors with cards down the road and up the 1st floor to the entrance. Very clean toilet for general use. They kept our luggage after checking out free of charge.

United KingdomThe coffee machine in the room was dirty and there was black mould in the silicone in the bathroom. The room wasn’t sound proofed so I could hear everything. The room was next to reception so could hear all conversations and noise. There was also a faint constant drop sound that could be heard unless earplugs are used.
