This is a smaller place and so that should be kept in mind. They do not yet offer room service howere they did provide drinks and breakfast. Regardless- they have wonderful recommendations for places to go dine out at and made us a reservation at a really lovely place in the neighborhood.

This place i really special. The moment you walk in you can feel the attention to detail, the craft and the care that went into creating it. You can tell that the people running this place not only have exceptional taste- but that they think about everything that one would need to feel comfortable. There is a quiet elegance to this place that is hard to put in words. The staff were the cherry on top. Super hospitable, classy and had great suggestions and made us a wonderful drink. We will come back.

This boutique hotel is beautifully designed, in very stylish Milanese fashion, and in a quiet and discreet location with a lovely courtyard filled with jasmine. The rooms and comfortable, the bathrooms luxurious and the common areas and breakfast excellent. The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and engaging.

We had a lovely stay , the hotel is very well located , great bed, we slept like a baby and the staff was beyond friendly, especially Melissa assisted us very well, we loved her funny comments during our breakfast , breakfast was delicious . Also a plus the nice smelling and free of parabens shampoo/ shower gel that is from the brand : aesop. Overall we had a fantastic , romantic stay . We highly recommend this hotel .

The hotel is drop-dead gorgeous, the rooms and the cozy common areas alike. The staff, though, were incredible - their level of service was exceptional for anywhere in the world, and such a treat. The staff was SO warm and friendly - more formal attitudes would have felt strange and stiff in such a small boutique hotel - and they tended to every little need and comfort. Check-in, aperitivo hour, breakfast, were all filled with special little gestures from the staff, with tips and advice on how to best enjoy Milan. Just an exceptional stay.

No valet. Parking in a garage across the street in Milan is not ideal. It may be common in Milan but very inconvenient after driving all day and walking in the rain to hotel (which is not marked very well) with luggage.

Vico was absolutely phenomenal. This is without a doubt a place id recommend a million times over. It was tucked inside a small courtyard that looked as if it were in a storybook.The rooms were decently sized and the bathrooms were big. We stayed in the downstairs hotel room and it was very quiet. Vico is a 20 minute walk to the Duomo and main shopping district. Service was excellent. We were greeted with a drink of our choice and a fruit plate. The staff make you feel so welcome and at home. They went the extra mile to help us with recommendations and book taxis.
