Air conditioning unit was a little noisy but might just have been us not being used to any type of air conditioning.

Beautiful building and set up. Lovely host who wanted to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Very welcome luxury after 10 days hiking.

Wonderfully renovated rooms, super clean and well equipped. The owner is very helpful and kind, always available. The house is located in the old town, just a few minutes from the nicest places. Parking almost in front of the house. We loved it!

Everything was great - however mix up on arrival - if you book separate building it is a property approx 300 mtrs away which wasn’t suitable for our family. The staff member happily rearranged our reservation but the description could be improved on booking.com

The stone work and beautiful Italian villa windows and doors. We had a roof top terrace which was awesome to sit and relax and look out over the incredible Dolomites

Very poor light, which is a problem for readers. Bedside lighting inadequate and awkward. Also not so easy to find places to park suitcases. But very clean, wonderful location, easy to find, and in a wonderful town.

This was not related to the apartment, it's just that there is a farm near the city, and from time to time, when the wind blows from the farm's side, its smell can be felt.

We lived in an apartment on the third floor with a balcony. The house itself has been perfectly restored and renovated. We enjoyed every detail of the interior design.

It is hard to shower without getting water everywhere. Every morning at 5 am, the guest above us would make an incredible amount of noise until 6:30, and we could not sleep. The bed is very firm.

Lack of room service (just joking!)

This was the second floor unit.(see other review of 3rd floor unit) Off white stone interior and spectacular shower. Very tastefull conversation of an old building Romantic get away! We got fluffy white bathrobes and 6 candles (with refills) Nice views and breeze from several smallish windows. Has a separate side room with small 2nd bed/nook.

- The sound insulation was really bad. We could hear literally every step of the neighbours above us. What is very disturbing, especially at 2 o'clock in the night when it keeps you awake. - It would be more practical to have shower that you can close. - It is not possible to park in front of the building,just a hint for next visitors:)

- We liked the old building combined with the modern features. The lokality was excellent as well - just in the historical centre and nearby everything what you need. - What we also must acknowledge is the friendly attitude of our host.

Perfect location and a wonderfully updated building with a very nice balcony and view of the surrounding town and mountains. Very quiet neighborhood which made for a very peaceful night.

Nothing to complain about. It was perfect and I would highly recommend it.

Situated in the stunning old town of Feltre we were lucky to pick this beautiful facility which was a building with three suites of which we took two, one for us and one for our teenagers. Each suite was a stand-alone spacious appartment with bathroom and refrigerator. The top one under the roof had a terrace with a pittoresque view of the town and the mountains. The design of the accomodation was amazing and so romantic with candles all over. There was a coffee/ tea facility free of use and all basic kitchen ware. The center of Feltre has everything from supermarkets to restaurants. The contact person was very responsive and helpful with all matters. We had parking almost in front of the building. Down the street was a very good restaurant with home-made food (other than pizzas and traditional pasta dishes) which was very good and a welcomed change during our stay. There is a very nice coffee shop which opens at 6 am with good breakfast and coffee, sandwiches if you need for hiking in the Dolomites.
