Marzia the host couldn’t be nicer and more helpful, she exceeded any imagination! Knows everything about Sicily, gives practical advices wherever you go, prepares excellent fresh breakfast each morning, takes you to the bus stop, and whatever you need… The b&b is located very close to the motorway and to shopping center, so perfect for those who want to explore the nearby towns by car. The parking place behind gate is a big treasure as well in Catania. The room is spotlessly clean, cleaned up every day during you are out. Nicely and practically furnished.

Marzia, the host is a marvellous host, you could not ask for any better - she does her utmost to ensure the guests are comfortable and satisfied. The place is clean, pleasant and central. An accommodation to be recommended.

It's a pity that we only stayed for one day.

A place of special hospitality. The host Marzia very kindly agreed to prepare breakfast earlier and it was wonderful.The house is very neat. Secure parking. The room and toilet are very clean.

Great location to visit Etna and north of Catania - we also find amazing cannoli a short drive away. We found the space very clean and the beds really comfortable. A common terrace and breakfast space were very charming. The host was super kind and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

Marzia is an excellent host! She welcomed us with a big smile, coffee and cakes. She was very friendly and helpful, answered all of our questions, and recommended places to visit Catania. The room was spacious, well equipped and highly maintained. The location was perfect for early flight from Catania airport (15 minutes' drive). Marzia prepared us a takeaway breakfast.

Marzia is an excellent host! She welcomed us with a big smile and some fruit. She was very friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions and recommended a great restaurant. The rooms were big, well equipped and highly maintained. The location was perfect - close enough to the autostrada to the airport and very quiet. Breakfast was rich and exceptional although it was very early in the morning. I highly recommend this property. Marzia - thank you for your exceptional hospitality.

Leaving the lovely place!

Everything was simply perfect - the modern apartment is in a very central location, exceptionally clean and expertly decorated. We could also safely park our car inside within the premises. The breakfast was beyond our expectations - very very delicious. The host (Marzia) was extremely helpful with all our needs, she even gave us valuable suggestions where to eat and where to visit. We will surely pick and stay here whenever we visit Catania.

I really enjoyed this holiday not only because of the beauty of Sicily but also because of this special location. The B&B was very clean, confortable, the breakfast was extraordinary (even if they are used to a typical sweet breakfast, Marzia prepared us also a salted breakfast, witch was very nice and surprising), the location was also very close to the highway ( in Catania is better to rent a car ) , the host helped us with the best travel advices and I could go on forever with the things that I loved about this location .

Great place to stay near Catania. Great hostility, service as in 5-star hotel. Perfectly clean, very tasty breakfest - you can choose Italian or continental style. Great location if you have car and plans to travel around east sickly.

Over the past few months I stayed in several 4 & 5 star properties and none of them really exceeded my expectations, some didn't even meet it. We went here not expecting much but everything was perfect! The place is sparkling clean, nicely decorated, great breakfast and such a welcoming host! The place is gated, so it's also very safe to leave your car at night, especially if you've been shopping in the area.

Some realy small things: 1.Parking is a little bit tricky. 2.The TV in room small and i was not able to cast to it from Android phone

Best location to travel around Catania, from Taormina to Ortigia. Very clean place , shared kitchen with 2 other rooms. Marzia is great host, she helped us with restaurant reservation , parking places in Catania also we enjoyed to talk with her. Parking located inside the property , behind closed gate. There is lidl supermarket nearby, 10 minutes to airport, 10 minutes to giant shopping centre.

Everything was ok

The host, Marzia was exceptional. So friendly and nice! The breakfast was the best we had in all Sicily. The property very nice and modern decorated and everything very clean.
