Although the room was very nice and the hosts were lovely and attentive. We must say that the location of the room within the building is inconvenient, especially if you have a large suitcase to carry. It is not suitable for those with mobility issues. We had to go up 5 steep flights of stairs which were slippery and narrow, which caused one of us to fall down a section of the stairs.

Great location and lovely room! Can’t fault the service provided by the lovely hosts. Provided anything extra we needed, well air conditioned room, comfortable bed, plenty of towels.

The stairs are very steep. Getting luggage up and down can prove challenging. However, Dominico was available and very willing to help.

First, Dominico was very helpful and gave us all the information we could possibly need. He was very knowledgeable and never appeared to be put out of his way. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable we've had the pleasure of sleeping in on this trip. The location of the apartment is very convenient to all of town. The room was very clean and room service is available on request.

Perfect location in the heart of Riomaggiore, the terrace is very cosy, having a little fridge in the room was super practical to store breakfast and easy meals. The bed is comfortable and the room a perfect size for a couple days. The communication was very easy and quick with the hosts.

The only thing that was difficult was the many steep steps up to our room but this is what Cinque Terre is like and we were aware of that.

The stairs were very steep .But this is in most places in Cinque Terre.

The location was great and easy to find. Close to the train station and Giovanni was very friendly and met us and helped with our bags when we arrived and again which we needed. Much appreciated! We loved Cinque Terre.

Good communication prior to arrival, easy access from the station, good aerobic exercise getting up the stairs! The room was well equipped. Enough hooks to hang towels etc for the first time ever. Fridge and coffee and biscuits. Amazing balcony at the top, had a number of meals there.

Nothing - just to note - you have to walk up about 4 flights of stairs, so if you have lots of luggage or mobility issues this may be an issue. For us, this was no problem at all.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was such a magical spot and the room had everything we needed for a lovely stay. The room was very spacious and suited us perfectly. The windows overlooking the street were absolutely amazing. We had a thunderstorm roll through when we stayed here and we opened the windows and watched the storm roll by, it was gorgeous. Our lovely host Domenico gave us plenty of information about the local hiking trails and check in/out was easy. We will definitely be coming back to stay for longer next time! Many thanks for having us!

The stairs to room are quite steep but it just added flare to the trip.

We really enjoyed the location on the main street of Riomaggiore and how comfortable the room was. The staff were also very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the hikes and tourists cards that were useful during our stay in Cinque Terre. The common terrace was lovely for afternoon drink and cheese board.

lots of stairs to get up to our room but that’s pretty expected for that area of italy. best not to overpack so you’re not lugging 20kgs up and down the stairs!

such a great location right on the main street in Riomaggiore! the train station connecting you to all the other cinque terre towns was a 5 minute walk away too which was really convenient. our host domenico was super friendly and told us some useful information about staying in cinque terre. would definitely recommend staying here!
