How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The plase is outdated, the beds are so uncomfortable, the apartment is noisy due to being really close to the highway but the worst was the fact that is had mold in the bathroon and it was dirty.
The area is ok if you have an easly or late fly at Pisa airport, since it is very close and walking disance. Free parking is a bonus. Plus, the owner provided with coffee and tea for everyone.

We would have appreciated mid/small-size pillow and additional blanket
The property is 3 min walk from the airport, quiet, family friendly area. Had equipped kitchen. Room was spacious and clean. Internet was good.

Superb location for Pisa airport. We had an early flight so the 5 minute walk to departures was much appreciated. Easy self check in proces. Free parking was a bonus. Room was as expected, everything you need for a 1 night stay.

Could be a bit cheaper, but perfect for one night.
Very good for one night if you´re plane arrive late at night. Quick to get to from the airport. But would not stay for more days due to cheaper and closer acomidations in Pis.

It done exactly what we needed which was a night to rest after a very late flight, super near to the airport, was clean, good size of room, clean towels left for us also. Contact was very quick and efficient, answered really quickly to my messages even though it was after midnight. Great location to be able to walk to the Pisa Tower and extremely close to the train station. Was a great place to stay for exactly what we needed.

cold in the room, there is air conditioner\heater but takes very long time to warm up and makes noice all night. Shower needs renovation, but we anyway couldn,t take it, there was no hot water at all in the room. For 100 euro per night you can book a whole nice flat
tea, coffee and some muffins in the room, that was nice easy check in and check out, close to the airport, has parking, shop nearby

It did feel a little damp inside the room and it was loud when people entered and exited the property every time, as was the rumble from motorway which was overhead. I thought this may be the case with the noise as it was so close to main roads etc so it was expected and ear plugs will be brought for next time.
Proximity to the airport was great. Beds were comfy and supply of tea/coffee and some cakes were a lovely touch. Self check in was easy too and it was a half hour walk to Pisa Central and the Tower Square or 5mins by the PisaMover train which is 1min walk from the property.

Proximity to the airport is superb. A five minute walk to the terminal. Only a 20 minute walk to Pisa Central Station.

Pillows - like stones. No chance to sleep well unfortunately. Communication with host only in Italian language... I had to translate everything to understand instructions. Think in our times is not the problem send to guests (foreigners) English version.
Just okay for one night waiting for the flight.

the self check-in caused an issue but was quickly resolved with a phone call.
The location so close to the airport makes this an ideal venue for an overnight stop ff for an early flight as it's walking distance to the terminal at Pisa Airport.

No communication nor reception.
Nobody was at the place to give the keys, no check in by renters, quite strange,self service to pick up the keys in appartment. Nobody was there ro receive us like guests, something never seen.

Need to know that its location is close to the airport near road bridge, streets. With closed window is quiet, but if you like to stay or sleep with open window and fresh air ,need to adjust to shhhhh and bambam noise from the road bridge. We stayed 4 nights, we adjusted on second night ;).
Location: 6 min airport, 15 min train station by walk Close to supermarket, pizzeria with 100s pizzas, breakfast cafes. Bus from Pisa station park few meters from house, same stop will take you vloser towards station but its better walk 15 min and back by bus after all day ;) Hosts are good peoples and were there everyday in the morning taking care of the space, were very helpfull if needed. So if you don't like something or struggle let them know they might be able to help. Very basic stay so can't write to much. Room with own bathroom Seperate dinning kitchen area for all 3 rooms We didn't use

The apartment is under a highway bridge. It is a little bit noisy.
