The property was massive, my friend and I were impressed by its cleanliness and location was spot on! On one note, when we left my friend realized that she had lost a large diamond earring, I immediately called up and explained the situation and in true honesty they called back a while later to say the diamond was found , then facilitated a way to have it returned! So yes we highly recommend this beautiful hem of a place and will return on our next trip back to Reggio! Thank you once again!!!!

The host / owner was so gracious and helpful , he meet us in front of the property and stored our luggage before our entry and when we returned (much later in the day) , all our bags and luggage was in our Room . (Second Floor) The apartment was beautiful , spacious and had great views.

The apartment is just beautiful. It had everything we needed and more. We were a group of 6 people and had more than enough space!! Aside from the beautiful interior, it’s extremely centrally located, which made it extremely easy to walk around. Antonio was also amazing. He booked us a taxi to and from the apartment to the airport, which helped us out so much. We hope to come again sometime ☺️

The windows are very old and not insulated which means you hear all the street noise from the very busy street just below the sleeping rooms. The loud noises go late into the night and start early in the morning. Bring ear plugs. The noise was unbelievable. No one in our group slept well due to the street noise. The kitchen could use a few more of almost everything. It is very minimally equipped. We didn't cook but it was not easy to cut an apple with out a proper knife. A few more glasses/coffee mugs would be nice also. The balcony offers a lovely outdoor space with room for a couple of small chairs but none are provided. We pulled the dining room chairs outside to enjoy the outside space. Parking is very challenging in this area. Free street parking out front is a struggle. The host helped us find a local garage where we paid to park. It was just a few minutes away by foot. There was no local information provided or tips for the area. I asked several questions and the host was kind enough to text recommendations. A small binder with local recommendations would be nice.

The apartment was large and easy to spread out in the space. There are 3 bedrooms but one has a futon style sofa/bed and is not setup exactly for a bedroom. There is also a large living room with a comfortable sofa. It was nice to have a kitchen and clothes washing machine. The beds were comfortable. Two full bathrooms were nice also. The host provided coffee to get us started which was much appreciated. We enjoyed the views even if they are obstructed a bit by a run down area that is unclear what one is looking at. Very easy to walk to Reggio Calabria from the apartment.

Beautiful and very comfortable apartment - it had everything we needed to live comfortably. Great location, we had no problem parking the car, close to the train station, the sea and the beach, the promenade, pizzeria, a large store where we did our shopping. The apartment is perfect, beds, shutters, kitchen equipment, two bathrooms, washing machine, dishwasher - we felt great in it, that's what we needed to have a good rest on vacation. Antonio sent us some great places to eat Italian food - we were very happy with these recommendations, when we needed beach umbrellas - they were at our door in 5 minutes :-) We are very happy that we found such a place, we love Italy and Calabria - we recommend this location to everyone.

Absolutely nothing

It was fantastic. Clean, very large, all the amenities you need. Antonio was amazing, always willing to help out, suggestions for things to do and places to eat. If we come back here we will definitely stay here again.

The accommodation offer from start to finish was exceptional. Antonio provided valuable assistance with advice, appointment bookings, transfers and recommendations always respecting the privacy of his guests.The apartment enabled independent living in a prime location in RC with awesome views of snow topped Mt Etna and Sicily. Location to the waterfront gave the option of daily runs along the waterfront and through the city center . A sure place to return!
