Good location, walking distance from main town and to the port. Quiet enough to sleep soundly at night and near enough to reach most places in 10 mins. Clean, neat and good Very responsive and hospitable front desk. Would definitely recommend.

Car parking in Spezia are difficult to find and there is one in a 10minute range walk.

Spacious modern room in a great location. The bed was comfortable, windows soundproof - everything one needs for a good rest after a day of exploring the coast. Despite being on a bigger street, it was quiet inside.

Short time opening reception. I had to carry three keys everytime with me in order to enter to the building, the property and my room. There is also a card to enter the guesthouse and the room. I could not use some amenities because I am not tall.

Helpful staff, very good location in the centre and close to the sea. Large room with modern design and good bathroom. There are many shops, restaurants and public transport close to the property. Safe and quiet location.

It’s a lovely place to stay in La Spezia — well furnished and tastefully done. But it’s the staff that make it really special. We had some challenges while we were in Italy and they went above and beyond. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Very happy with our choice to stay at via chiodo. Finding the property and check in was very simple. The room was very spacious and clean. It was the perfect stay for us to get out to cinque terra everyday with a 15 minute walk to the train with lots of nice bars and restaurants along the way. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely love to come back in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent: right by the harbour, which is perfect for catching the boat to Cinque Terre. The train station is also within walking distance. Parking is available in a nearby garage (paid), which wasn’t an issue for us. The room was a real highlight – spotlessly clean, beautifully finished, and with a luxurious, elegant feel. Everything looked very high-end and well taken care of. We were also warmly welcomed by a very kind lady who provided clear instructions for check-in, even when the front desk was temporarily unattended. All in all, a thoughtfully run hotel where you feel immediately at home. We would definitely stay here again!

A bit cramped in bathroom.

The elevator! Michela is so kind and helpful. Great location to nicer parts of La Stresa and docks for boat access. Netflix and Amazon access! The space is very modern and high ceilings.

A kettle to heat water would been nice, not everybody drinks coffee. Would also bee nice to have somewhere to sit in the room expect from the bed. A small sofa or similar with a coffee table should bee a lift for the room. The small fridge that was in the dom smelled badly, I would not have put anything in that.

The rooms were very clean and tidy. And the location is a walking distance from the town. The lady who checked us in was fantastic and very helpful to us. They were also extremely responsive on WhatsApp if we had any questions.
