The flat has everything you need but it's very spartanic, not made with love. Also a fridge wouldve been appreciated.

The flat is situated perfectly in the middle of Verona. Check-in very easy, communication also good.

The bathroom is in a different room accessible from the hallway but it doesn't lock so it was a little bit scary to get walked in on. Also, the room is small but it was okay.

Mainly everything was OK thanks a lot

The location was really good at one of the busy street of verona and only 5 min from the arena. The room size was ok and it was quite and nice place. at the beggining i didnt know that all the rooms are in one appartment. even it was suprising still it was really good experience. there is a nice common area where you can spend time. I can advice this accomadation with pleasure.

The air conditioner partially worked or did not work at all. We tried to low the temperature as much as possible to get some fresh air but it was unfortunately not feasible to have a cool atmosphere.

Excellently located in the historic center, close to the bus station that takes you to the central train station and then to the airport. The room was quite spacious and clean. The bathroom was big enough as well and the shower was recently renovated. Hot water was running all day. The staff was friendly and available for any question. All in all, an ideal accommodation for a short staying in the city.

The noise from the street and the smell of the bed linen. The bed linen was clean but had a very sour smell like vinegar.

Great location if you want to stay in the center of Verona. The property is an older building and we had a room inside a very big flat where other people where staying. The room was nice and big, nothing really special, but just what we need for a night.

Shower hot water tended to vary a little when the upstairs flat used their hot water. Had to ask for a quilt (thicker bedsheet) and extra pillow because they only supplied one pillow each and a thin sheet. We also asked for clothes washing liquid for the washing machine. But the staff came over quickly and provided what we needed. Bit slow with responses out of hours…. But always got back to us. Thank you 🙏

However I didn’t like the fact that in booking there was a tourist fee and the place charged me a different one! I understand it was updated between my booking and my arrival however there was no notification of update in booking and as a client I preferred to have things very clear.

The lack of cutlery, cups and delph. It would be a great improvement if this equipment was supplied for each person in their room. I would pay a deposit for this Facility.

Very central location, max 10 minutes walk from the Arena. The common lounge area is comfortable The Nespresso machine and the Electric Kettle and fridge in this area. The fridge in the room is good.

The host ignored repeated requests to leave the luggage at the premises for a few hours after check out. Ended up having to pay 15 euros for commercial storage.
