Thought it was expensive for a fairly basic room but Verona accommodation in general seemed expensive.

The location was not ideal but we knew where we had booked so not a surprise. It was a last minute booking so acceptable.

The room seems to be a little bit bigger in the photos on booking.com. Some hairy from the previous people on the wall in the shower. Some dis functionalities of the air conditioner.

The position, 30 minutes walking close to the old part of the town. Also close to many options of public transportation.

Great little room, very clean with super air con! The room also felt safe and secure - we liked the double keypad system to get in. Good communication via WhatsApp, too. Property is about a 15 minute walk to the outskirts of central Verona but the walk is pleasant with parts of it along the river and some lovely restaurants and bars along the way.

the location was very awkward; half an hour walk from the proper tourist old town area which is normally fine except its along a very busy main road and then you have to cross some dodgy areas. obviously the hosts cant do anything about creeps who hang around near by but we did not feel safe walking around in the evening/at night and had to taxi. also the door is a code to get in and another to get into your room, which i personally don't love. plus, there was no automatic hall light so we had to use our phone torch to punch in the code in the hallway

the room was clean and comfortable and large, the wifi worked well and as did the aircon and the bathroom is lovely plus there is a mini fridge and we were supplied two small coffees and a coffee machine. host sent very clear and informative texts about how to access the building and get in and offered to be there if we would like

This comment is mostly related to Verona which does not provide any bus service to the city center from this place after certain hour.

No blanket , only sheet with duvet, but it’s pretty common for Italy unfortunately Also no proper coffee cups/ glasses only small plastic shots , was funny to drink wine from it :D

The shower was broken, the location was accessible by bus, but at night it was more difficult.

The airconditioning was amazing, quiet and calm apartment building. A big bathroom and a good bed. The incheck was easy and the employee helped us very well.

About 30 minutes walk from the old town (Arena) and about 30 minutes walk from the train station. Loved the walking tour which allowed to go deeper into many interesting parts of the city. I would choose this accommodation again next time if I go to Verona!

We had a bad luck that when we arrived in midnight from a concert, another couple had entered their room and spoke very loudly. They did not realize to be quieter until 1.30 when we had to knock their door and ask silence. We couldn't have slept otherwise... The soap was forgotten to refill.

The room was very nicely renovated and furnished! The shower gels were a delight and a quiet mini fridge. The owner was an active communicator.

Room was very cold when we arrived - 13 degrees and it took around 3-4 hours to heat it up. Also, we never understood how to use air conditioner because the controller is really confusing. Thankfully, the staff turned on heating for us remotely.

The staff were responsive- I needed extra toilet paper and they reacted quickly. That was really nice of them. Also, they added coffee pods and croissants. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is big and nice. I enjoyed my stay there.
