Slightly noisy neighbours in other rooms (sound isolation is not great). It can be tricky to find a parking space at times, but not impossible.

The service is friendly, the check-in and check-out is easy, the room matches the description. Central location, no noise from the street (at least not in the rooms facing out back).

The room was very clean and in a good central location, 10 mins walk from the train station. Access was easy with the codes for the main entrance and room. We were travelling with our baby and the crib provided was perfect, she slept very well. Also, the location was super quiet, we didn't hear any noise at all (but the accommodation is close to bars and restaurants etc :)

* our room was directly at the busy street with cars and busses passing late into the night, which was not comfortable to sleep * the walls are very thin, I could hear my neighbour snor and also could recognise the language they spoke

Nothing to dislike about this property!

Verona Enjoy was just perfect!. We chose this property due to its location and weren't disappointed , just 10 minutes walk from the station and then 15mins from the property to the Arena and main tourist area. The accomodation was excellent ,spotlessly clean,comfortable bed and great shower. The aircon was very welcome with temperatures of 40c outside! There is no one on reception but Georgia from Verona Enjoy contacted us with all the necessary information to self check-in and everything worked perfectly .She was also quick to respond to any enquiries and the housekeeping staff were also excellent and very helpful. We found the vending machines very useful for bottled water and very reasonable at just 60 cents(machines only take coins). Although we didn't use it during our short stay the property has a well equipped communal kitchen and our room had a small fridge. There were plenty of lovely places to eat in the vicinity and a supermarket a couple of minutes walk away. The main purpose of our visit was to see the Opera but Verona is beautiful and we felt very safe everywhere we went. Many of the main attractions have concessions for over 65 years which was a very welcome surprise.

We left a day early from a horrendous accommodation somewherw near Verona and we're so happy that we found this place for a night. It's clean, good AC, friendly staff. Everything made us relaxed again!

The rooms were clean. It was easy to check in and get the room cards. We were able to store our suitcases for the time our room wasnt ready. The hotel is maybe 10min away from the city center and there are a lot of restaurants and cafes on the way.

A great double room, with very clean bathroom and facilities. The shared kitchen and lounge area is great for making meals and relaxing. The staff were very kind and allowed an early check in. Great location near the bus station and an easy walk into the city centre.

Staff were excellent . Giorgia and the lady that helped us on arrival (Luciana I think) were outstanding. Great apartment with a brilliant terrace. The accommodation has a great shared kitchen facility that’s impeccable and the whole place is spotlessly clean. Great location and super value for money. Would highly recommend 👍👍🙏

The small refrigerator in kitchenette in the room did not work. No microwave either. But, we were able to use the frig in the breakfast room.

The staff was great. Held a parking space for us, met us out front of the property. Good location. Clean. Grocery store just around the block. Places to eat and great gelato on the same street. Not a bad walk to the historic center.

Choosing this place was a really good choice. It's a 7-10 minute walk to the train station, great location. The host's kindness made my trip more comfortable. If you're looking for a place that values ​​cleanliness and comfort, I highly recommend this place. It wasn't hard to find the place at the entrance. The Wi-Fi worked very well. Thank you for leaving your bags when checking out. This is a place I'd like to visit again.

Everything was perfect.

Giorgia was a delight. Love the personal touch and the fact that Giorgia decorated my daughters room for her 16th birthday. She also gave us an early check in.

Nothing not to like.

A very friendly welcome from Giorgia was a nice start to our visit. The modern room was a good size with a decent shower with a nozzle with power (a rarety in Italy). A jug with coffee supplied, a shared kitchen and lounge area to prepare your own meals. It was only a 10 minute walk from the train/bus station and only a 10 minute walk into the old town area. The supermarket was 200.metres away.

No lift. Aircon was a bit noisy but we managed to ignore it after a while.

The room was larger than expected and had a very good sized bathroom with toiletries. The bed was comfortable and there was effective aircon . There was a cute little balcony and access to a kitchen for the use of guests. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend. The walk into the town and to the station was manageable and there was a lovely cafe nearby for breakfast.
