The WiFi did not work, there was signal but no internet. I texted the host about it but did not get an answer. Asked if I could leave my luggage in the room before check in, also no reply. The shower in room 18 is a little clogged because the water was not draining properly. By the time I was done showering the water reached my ankles and was almost overflowing. Also it takes a while for hot water to come.I was only there for one night so it didn't bother me that much.

It was clean and easy to check in. The loaction is near the city center, 15 minutes on foot, althought the street the building is on is very loud in the morning so you have to close the windows or use earplugs that were provided in the room. I did not do either so I was woken up by the sound of traffic.

Everything was good except for the room signage. My room was on the 1st floor inside a door with no signage indicating more rooms. I looked for my room, which in the email was described as number 17 in the entire building, and there was no room 17. The rooms ended at number 16. We were lost for 30 minutes until we luckily found a staff member who was changing towels and he showed us. We tried calling the number that came in the email and no one answered. That was really annoying, the email didn't have the correct signage. But otherwise, everything was good.

very noisy location. There is a busy road nearby and bars where Italians relax almost until the morning. However, the noise did not bother me. It gave a certain vibe. In addition, there were free earplugs in the room. The water pressure in the shower is very poor, cold water flows for a long time. The bed is not very comfortable, since you always slide into its center. The pillows are mediocre. The drain in the bathroom is broken. The air conditioner works very poorly. There was other people's hair and dust on the floor. I am giving an honest review, as requested by the host in the email.

Good location. Very fast and convenient check-in and check-out. Nice compliment in the form of coffee and snacks.

Noisy, the building is on the corner, next to two streets with a lot of traffic - ear plugs provided Invisible staff - they sent only automatic messages and did not answer any of my messages

Good location, close to old town and the castle. Modern room and bathroom, well equipped. Nice view to the river. Free snacks, water and coffee.

The location was central and ideal if you want to live on the vivid side of the city where there are students and bars, but that’s make the neighbourhood kind of noisy. The room was not very sound-proof from internal noises as well. The water temperature was not very pleasant

Very central location we were going everywhere on foot but you could also use public transports. They offered water coffee and biscuits-muffins for welcome. The room was clean and they were cleaning it everyday, while is not used to for this kind of rooms to let.
