Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsGreat suite for a short stay. Spotless, new and nicely decorated. The airco helped us sleep through the night and the complementary snack area was very handy. Same for the prepaid tickets for the umbrella and Sun beds at the beach nearby. It made our stay very comfortable.

The room was specious and super clean. All was very comfortable, bed, bathroom, balcony. In a cosy loby I found great team that was welcomming, friendly, available and beyond - helped me find train combitanion to destination, checked everything for me, helped a lot. There is a lovely luxury cat that hanges around in a welcomming way. I felt very comfortable there and enjoyed my stay. Worth every euro

United KingdomThe room allocated to me, on the ground floor almost directly beyond reception, is not one I would ever expect paying guests to stay in. It wasn’t very clean, the floor was painted concrete (like a painted garage floor) the walls were dirty, cobwebs and pubic hair on the floor on arrival. There was a random fridge in the centre of the room?? Noisy and old. And the sink tap was botched together from falling off with sealant! The bed was small, as was the room, and certainly not worthy of £99 per night, plus hotel tax, plus £10 per night to park the car. I would hope that my stay was the exception to the normal. As the upper floor rooms looked much as I expected my room to look like on the photos. With facilities, sofa, bed, kitchen type area (you expect with self catered apartments) but I can’t say for sure as did not see inside any other rooms. One last issues was following a thunderstorm and very heavy rain, the ground floor flooded whilst I was away for the evening. On return staff were mopping up the reception but said my room was fine. I opened the door and my flip flops were floating along the floor, clearly not fine!! I advised the staff, was offered no apology, and when I asked if there was another room was told no. They did soak up the water, but the room smelled like drains until the next day. On check out, again, no apology nor refund of any kind offered for the inconvenience. All in all a disappointing stay.
Good location. And the free coffee, tea and biscuits were a nice surprise.
