The receptionist Claudio when we arrived in the morning was very rude and unwelcoming. Not a good first impression of the hotel at all. Was a bit friendlier the following morning but first impressions were bad and when asked about transport to Venice he couldn’t have been less helpful. Would definitely put you off as if receptionists had not changed later I would not have approached him again. Arranged my transfer next day with the lovely female receptionist as I did not want to deal with him again. Therefore that would put me off returning

I loved the female receptionist in the early evening she could have been more helpful, the driver who carried our luggage to the room and drove us to the lovely restaurant that evening. The breakfast is the morning was nice. The water for tea was cool but the lady brought hot water. The driver who transferred us to the airport. The grounds were beautiful with a pool and the room was reasonably comfortable. The shower was good too. The meal we had and the staff in the restaurant we were taken to were really lovely the housemaids in the morning were lovely and pleasant.

Don't bother with the shuttle bus from the airport, it doesn't run in the middle of the day and a taxi is cheaper anyway.

The price of transfer is exaggerated given it is a 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive distance.

For the price very good for a short stay close to the airport. The room was clean and the swimming pool is a nice extra.

Loud music playing constantly at the pool.

The single room was very comfortable and quiet, on the ground floor with doors to outside. There was a kettle and a fridge. Lots of very hot water in the shower. The pool was lovely. 20 mins walk from the airport (mostly on a path).

Room ready when we arrived a little early, quiet location, lovely to laze by the pool, great restaurant recommendation up the road with excellent food, reasonable prices and free shuttle from the hotel a plus

Taxi and restaurant bookings got muddled up, so check if you book anything the same day and early. It was all sorted out, so worked out fine in the end.

Large spacious room, early check in 2pm, good pool facilities ( pool is not heated) but lovely all the same. Nice breakfast. Nice lunch at the pool side.

At first we were given a very old room. Not at all like to photos. I wasn't going to pay 200e/night from that. So we went to the reception and after that we were give a brand new room from new building. After all we were on a honeymoon. The guy at the reception said that both rooms, the old and the new, are the same price. To my mind the rooms weren't equal...

We didn't eat breakfast because our early flight. It wasn't possible to get any breakfast to go.

Elevator small. AC didn’t work well.

We liked the charm. The high ceilings and big windows were nice. Beds were comfortable. We had two rooms and one didn’t have good AC though. The lights were tricky. Bathroom lights went off while daughter was in shower and once when I was on toilet was sitting in pitch darkness until husband came back with key. Breakfast was very good.

We only stayed one night but was very nice place to stay, clean and comfortable. Great they have a swimming pool and a cafe/bar by the pool. The guy running the bar/cafe could have been more customer orientated, got the impression we were an inconvenience.

Air con was old and took a while for it to lower the temperature in the room.

Fabulous family room. Airy & spacious. Pool was great for the kid too and really appreciated the taxi to the restaurant & airport.

We weren't well received. We arrived from a long flight, tired after midnight, and the staff was unfriendly. The air conditioning didn't work in our room.

The girls who clean the rooms and the kitchen manager are super friendly and nice. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The hacienda is incredible. The room has a nice loft

Everything was ideal for our overnight stay

Near airport which was why we chose this hotel. A bus stop nearby that took us into venice city for the day. Near a lovely restaurant up the road where we could have dinner
