The host is excellent. Location is outside of main island which means it is more quiet - and it is very well connected.

The lights in the bathroom would sometimes turn off because the movement sensors won’t detect you in the shower.

Guidecca is just a few water bus stops from the city center but it’s noticeably more quiet and cozy place to stay. The host is super friendly and helpful, the room has enough space for your stuff.

I liked it all.

Laura was a great host, the property is top notch and from my 5 comings to Venice - this was most enjoyable because of Laura's hospitality and great location of the appartment.

We found the breakfast was a bit too sweet. And the light went off very quickly automatically in the bathroom.

The location is great. Giudecca is close to the main island but much quieter. Laura was a very helpful host. She provided travel suggestions and made sure we were comfy.

The best location to stay in Venice, 5 min from vaporetto which goes every 10 min to the city and nearby islands, close to supermarket. Clean and comfortable room, good breakfast. Host lady is gorgeous, very helpful and kind. Fantastic place to stay for short and long holiday

Bedroom was good size. I had a double bed. The host lives on the property. She was very hospitabal. Nothing was too much trouble. The roon had soap, shower gel, towels and is well equipped. Even has a mini fridge. There are plenty of waldrobe and chests to store your clothes. Sadly no desk. Plent of plugs for charging phones etc. Near the vaperetto stop so good for transport. Plenty of restaurants to eat nearby. Hotel is on the main street. There is a shop nearby selling fuit and veg and also a shop to buy creams etc. Neighbourhood is quiet. Breakfast is between 8.30am to 10am Room was good size with heater and also air con. WiFi worked well

This is an excellent little B&B tucked away in a quiet corner of Venice. Signora Laura is very friendly and will do her very best to accommodate you. The breakfast is Italian, naturally, with lovely fresh baked croissants and cappuccinos. My room was perfect for my needs. A comfortable bed and a nice, spotless bathroom. Quite a home away from home.

Very Comfortable and extremely clean. Laura the host was very informative helping us to plan our days and giving us tips. Good communication prior to arriving providing us with instructions to get from airport to hotel easily, and vice-versa. Very friendly and had a good chat each morning.

Very lovely and clean room & private bathroom. The location is incredible - Giudecca is gorgeous in itself, but it also offers the luxury of enjoying the breath-taking beauty of Venice while being away from the massive crowds on the main island. The host is very thoughtful and caring - loved the chats about Venice had when she was serving me the very scrumptious breakfast!

The room was cold at night but I turned on the air conditioner to warm it up during the night. The window opens to the back, into a space like a building space. because there is almost no sunlight. Also the breakfast is not very good

Staff is so kind, quite place, clean room, good location, delicious espresso and yogurt, comfortable bed, fixtures were quite sufficient, like a home.

the hot water doesn't seem to come on tap no matter how long one waits. Fortunately there is hot water in the shower.

Very nice place at the Giudecca near the Hilton hotel and boat station Palanca. A lovely host serving breakfast with a selection of various things, and not just cornetto (as is usual in Italy).

The breakfast were simple, but fine. We recommend the accomodation at all!

Lovely littel accomodation with a more lovely host. She cares a lot and gave us many really good recommendations for the city. The room was clean and had everything necessary for a stay. The connecting to the water busses was also fine.

Just a personal thing, I would have appreciated salty breakfast options.

Everything. - location: 3 min walk from vaporetto that can take you anywhere you need - clean and well taken care of. Cleaning service and towel change regularly, all amenities you need in the bathroom. - fresh pastries and coffee every morning - very caring and nice owners, who made sure I felt like at home - spacious room, even for two people.

The hospitality of the owner was amazing, the location is absolutely wonderful and easy to find and get to. The location is very close to the San Marco square with a short boat ride and it enjoys the calmness of not being in the main island. We received information in advance on how to buy the vaporetto tickets, which was very helpful. The breakfast was perfect! We would for sure come back and recommend this to anyone visiting Venice.

We could not ask for more , wonderful host , wonderful location and a good night's sleep on a comfy bed !! Honestly if your thinking about where to book let this review be your sign to book here ! You will jot be disappointed, when we visit Venice again which after this trio I am in absolutely no doubt that we will , I will be hoping to book here again just perfect from start to finish and the lady that owns this place looked after us so well from a nice breakfast , friendly face and any advice we needed!!

Great place to stay, modern clean room, great host, giving all the advice to get around,amazing coffee and croissants for breakfast. I highly recommend..any time we will visit Venice, this will be our go-to place.
