Central location close to the beach. Breakfast was lovely with good choice of hot and cold food. Staff were very helpful. The rooms were a good size, shower was amazing and beds very comfortable. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar, music, dancing and cocktails!

While the food was enjoyable, I had anticipated a more elevated culinary experience to align with the otherwise outstanding quality of the hotel's facilities and service.

- Clean, spacious room - very quiet - Very caring, friendly staff and manager (Giovanni) - Good, flexible service: Parking, luggage handling. Also we were able to stay at the pool the whole day even though we checked out (very kind) - Excellent location: Beach 3-5 min. walk, city center with various restaurants, entertainment, bars just down the street 1 min. walk - Sunbeds and umbrella at the beach included in the price - Bibione is overall great for families with small children

EVERYTHING! The atmosphere, the breakfast, the cleaning, the details of comfort as well as design and above of all, Giovanni and all staff members who are the prime movers of this building. We were on our way to Portugal, therefore it was important to find a convenient place for 1 night with: - close location and accessibility to the beach; - parking; - good quality of sleep (proper beds, clean rooms); - variety of breakfast. Unfortunately, it was a quick stepover on our way, so we had not have time to experience the dinner and other facilites, such as skybar and jacuzzi. We def plannning our comeback to HVB for longer time, to enjoy more time there. Big kudos to Giovanni and the staff, they really take care of the guests!

Giovanni was the best hís the owner of the hotel , very kind and knows what he is doing. He is always at your Service anytime day and time. I was many hotels visíted before and I must Tell this one of the best hotel where I ever been!!! Highly recommend for everyone!!!

Really, the BEST hotel around, newly built in modern style. Everything that you expect from a 4☆ hotel, and more. The suits are very well equipped, quality mattresses, privacy and beautiful terrace, 2 huge TV screens, most modern air-conditioning, with daily cleaning and towel change.2 minutes walking to a beach, with private sunbeds reserved for the hotel only. The rooftop swimming pool was very well maintained, with a bar available all around, jacuzzi as well. The restaurant concept is perfect, with a pre-order menu plus buffet, making everyone satisfied! Fish/salads/meat/fruit/cake/drinks.. The well organised team with always-present hotel owner (!) making all wishes come true & letting you feel cared about. Definitely coming again!!

The fact that the garage is narrow hinders a bit the mobility when it is raining. Only the main manager is allowed to drive cars in and out, meaning that one can only have the car when he is there - he is almost always there btw.

The food was really great. The buffet was mostly the same, but the 2 dishes served on the table at lunch and dinner were well prepared and tasty. Cleaning service also excellent.

Staff and owner are really nice and attentive. Breakfast and dinner are plenty and good. Service is always spotless. Rooms with latest tvs/tech. Garage where staff parks your car so you don't have to. Literally under 5 minutes from the beach with private beach where you don't have to pay. Great top floor pool with a nice ocean view Breakfast at 8 and dinner at 1930 Even the cleaning ladies were super nice.

Allinclusive and we had to pay for drinks next to the swimming pool and for coffee for breakfast or dinner (from a good express was additionally paid and nobody said it) it wasn’t fair and when we were leaving we had to pay extra 36 euro for coffee. One waitress with long hair was super nice and proffesional but the one with short hair was’t , we asked her twice for coffee and she didn’t bring it. Not everyone can speak or understand English.

Very good delicious dinners and suppers , nice staff. Good localization. Brandnew hotel, new rooms and new bathrooms, clean, not in typical italian style, more modern. I really enjoyed those days. Last years we were in Corallo Hotel and Regina Palace Hotel, these hotels were old, like from 60/70s , not so nice like this one. I really recommend Venice Beach Hotel :)

It was our first stay at the HVB 34 Hotel and we couldn’t have been more pleased! Giovanni and his team were honestly so lovely and truly made our stay special. Always helpful and attentive, they went above and beyond to fulfil all our wishes and requests. Even though it was high season, it never felt crowded. The food was delicious, I loved that dinner was a dish of your choosing (from a small selection), freshly prepared once you arrived, the portions were neither too little nor too much, just right, leaving you with a comfortable feeling which I often do not have at buffet style dinners. One of our party had a rare food intolerance which they accommodated without any issues which we were super grateful for! The hotel itself is very modern and bright, and with its rooftop bar next to the rooftop pool and jacuzzi definitely one of a kind in the area. It is also one of the largest buildings in the area, which means you get to enjoy a great view of the surrounding area and ideal for sunset viewings. It is only 3 minutes away from the beach with access to hotel-owned beach umbrellas and sun beds.

- the host insisted to drive my car to parking which is 50m away and said your car is not Porche why are you afraid. Then he showed me to the parking area and asked me to give him my car key. Then he added a sticker with my room number and checkout date. How weird is that? I also later read in the room rule sheet that you have to leave your car keys with them. Fortunately they didn't ask for that. - during checkin they asked for our IDs but forgot to give them back so we had to search for them the next day - I wanted to go out for a walk at around midnight but to my suprise we were locked in in the hotel with no staff around. I cancelled my walk but I have no idea what we should have done otherwise. - breakfast was mainly cold - pool was dirty and hot tub was half empty - slow wifi

Seemed like understaffed. Hotel doesn’t have person that’s dedicated to the front desk only. There’s one person that runs literally everything.

Location. It is not beach Hotel how it was represents . Water was very shallow and very dirty. Always and everywhere There were oil stains on the water, excrement and food waste were floating. I catch stomach infections 🤦‍♀️.
