It’s not like the photo, it’s very small and the bed was broken and the window open inside the building which is not nice

The aircon just blew out room temp air, not cold air. It stopped completely sometime before midnight and would not start again. Room was very muggy and hot overnight. I did send a message advising of aircon issues just so they'd know it was faulty, but received no acknowledgement of staff having received the message. Communications with the staff was pretty poor. No acknowledgement of receipt of photo of my passport (this was a request from staff) either.

It was in a great location and was quiet.

no fresh breakfast . only coffee n cupcakes n cakes available in the lobby . Also owner emphasize on providing the city tax on the day we arrive , usually in other hotels we pay during checkout. bit complex process to open the different doors during entrance. No towels clean towel refreshed after room service. we have to manage with same set of towels for three days.

You can hear everyone in the building, beds aren’t super comfy but overall nice place.

Location was fantastic! 20 min walk from train station and the bathroom was really nice.

At the time we spent there were constructions in the next building to our room and they were pretty loud in the mornings.

Always available staff, clean room with comfy beds. We really appreciated the unlimited amount of coffee and snacks in the lobby.

The toilet are was tiny and our toilet didn’t work great.

The rooms are small. If you are staying there to go sightseeing and not really relaxing you will be fine. It’s in a nice area and has lots of local restaurants and bars. The walks to all the scenic activities are 15 plus minutes. It’s a small quiet building and everyone is nice.

Extremely small vicinities, and felt slightly claustrophobic, especially with the window overlooking the rundown, shared inner yard. The AC did not work properly, it seemed to be of an older make.

What I liked the best was the location - very convenient for our visit to the Borghese Gallery. The room, albeit very small, was clean and comfortable enough.

The mattress is terrible. Had a backache for walking and all I wanted qas to rest but it was impossible cause it’s old and hurt my back. Internet wasn’t good either.

The breakfast was actually coffee pods , tea and some snacks ( mini cakes and tartlets ) in a jar . These snacks were outside the room on two shelves at a connecting corridor for two rooms.

The fact that I told them half the lights where not working in the bathroom as well as the door and they told me they had fixed it but when I came back they where the same. Breakfast is actually not included, there is a Lavazza machine with pods and biscuits. Was disappointed as thought that a proper one was included and they don't specify that that's the breakfast

there was mould on the walls under the window, the shower was dirty and the shower head was cracked. the toilet was dirty and smelt very bad on arrival.
