Minor qualm, you have to climb one flight of stairs to get to rooms but staff help with bags.

Tastefully done rooms, super clean. Steps away from Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps, in midst of wonderful restaurants and cafes . Very helpful receptionists, especially Mohammad Karimi who helped us upon arrival and departure.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was within easy walking distance to so many sights and located around the corner from the Pantheon. The hotel was clean and new, with a stylish Roman, minimalistic interior. We stayed in a deluxe room which was a good size, with a comfortable bed, a modern large shower, and reliable air conditioning – very welcome after a day of hot & humid sightseeing. It was also nice and quiet at night. Leonardo and Valerio, were welcoming, friendly and helpful, always ready with good advice. They even gave us a lovely surprise of an upgrade on arrival (we originally booked a loft room). Overall, an excellent choice for both comfort and convenience.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of Rome! My room was incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and even smelled amazing. The amenities, from the luxurious hand wash to the shower gels and lotion, were a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel even more special. A special mention goes to Valerio at reception—he was outstanding! Extremely friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. He gave excellent recommendations and went above and beyond to make my stay seamless. His customer service alone deserves 10/10. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better—right in the centre of Rome, within walking distance to all the main sites including the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and the Colosseum. Truly perfect for exploring the city on foot. Although the hotel doesn’t have a lift, this was no issue at all, as the helpful team happily assisted with luggage. Honestly, the experience still felt nothing short of luxury while being very affordable. This hotel far exceeded my expectations and truly elevated my Roman holiday. I will definitely be back

Hotel staff very friendly but when I asked to extended the stay they offered one price then changed it an hour later.

Very clean room, pillows and bed very very comfortable. Could hear some loud noises time to time but overall very quiet. Small lift for luggage available. Easy communication with staff via WhatsApp

The shower was not really warm, sometimes in the middle of our bath the water would get warm-cold and there was nothing to do, so this was a not great point.

The hotel is 100m away from the Pantheon, around 1,5km of the Coliseum and 2km to the Vaticano, so you can do everything by foot. The principal street (Via Del Corso) with the most populares stores is about 5 min walking. We enjoyed the location a lot. The room was big and confortable.

No elevator can limit access to some.

The hotel is brand new (opened 3-4 months ago). It is ideally located in the center of everything. The rooms are warmly painted and inviting, the bathrooms (with bidet) and shower are large and modern. The internet is speedy, the mattress is a "10", and the AC works perfectly. The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. And for $140/night, it's a steal!

Velvet Grey Roma was the perfect choice for my stay in Rome. The rooms are modern, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, and the staff were kind and attentive throughout our stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely come back

There was nothing worth lowering any stars for, however, I did notice that the key cards they gave for the rooms had both the hotel name and address and room number on the card which I was a bit concerned about safety wise. Should someone misplace/lose the card, anyone who finds it knows exactly where to go. However, I did find the staff at reception seemed to recognised everyone as they were coming in and out and so that made me feel more comfortable for sure, and all of the good things about this hotel completely outweighed this issue. I would suggest possibly removing even the room number from the key cards just as a matter of safety!

Great location, super clean and gorgeous hotel overall, not just the rooms but the reception, corridors etc were all lovely. Proper boutique hotel.

There was construction work done, and the room was full of cement dust. When I brushed against the walls or near the bed, my clothes got covered with white cement dust. It seems like interior remodeling was probably done. Maybe it's okay now?

Access inside the hotel could be a bit better if you have big heavy luggage, or if you have mobility issues, but by no means it is impossible (there is a lift, just not a very practical one - but completely usable).
