There was no lift to the first floor, we were ok with the luggage but someone who is not as able would struggle.

The location was great. The vibe and decor was amazing! Amazing staff too. So helpful. We arrived early and Martina came early to great us and leave luggage to go explore the city. She gave great recommendations food wise also. We will definitely return to stay.

The cars that pass outside can be loud and annoying. Seems they were using little street outside the window as as thoroughfare.

It was a last minute thing that I decided to go to Verona with my family for two nights. Didn’t think much about it and did a quick search on booking.com but was so pleasantly surprised with the style, location and comfort of the room. It was way better than some of the places I paid a lot more for. And the staff is super friendly and helpful. Best bed yet on this trip of a month.

Martina is an excellent host and very kind with our GCSE standard Italian. Martina speaks excellent English - it was our choice to try and speak in Italian! The room was very clean and the location was perfect for sightseeing, eating and drinking and the opera. I hadn't realised that Dante had stayed in the building when in exile!

Excellent location. The staff was available and helpful. The apartment was clean, spacious and well decorated. The patio was an added bonus. I would definitely stay there again.

AC was unable to adequately cool the room. It could have been user error.

We loved this room especially the balcony and the friendliness of Martina the host. The location is perfect because it is on a quiet street but still close to many restaurants and tourist sites. Everything is walkable.

There were ants in the bathroom

The room was gorgeous, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Facilities were basic but more than enough for a short stay.

The apartment was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Location could not be more perfect, everything is in walking distance. Martina was amazing, friendly and incredibly helpful, with restaurant recommendations, taxis, luggage etc!

The location was very good, you walk out the door and there are restaurants and cafes around the corner. A few minutes walking distance from Piazza dei Signori. The room is very nice and comfortable and the staff is very helpful. I was looking for the airconditioning remote and couldn't find it anywhere. I left a message to ask where it was and I was told it was just near the coffe machine where I'd looked before. At this point I was out and about in the beautiful city and when we came back from dinner it had just magically appeared in the room. I tell you: magic.

Not the most powerful hairdryer!

The location is amazing and the situation in a quiet street close to shops and the center of Verona was amazing.

Lovely room in apartment with bathroom and small balcony. To get a taxi back to the airport had to walk 15 minutes with cases to taxi rank as we weren’t able to book one other than that lovely stay.

Martina was very helpful and is a great host. The apartment is clean and comfortable, plus it is ideally located with easy access to the many attractions that Verona has to offer. Ideal for us as a couple.

- The 2 bedroom is quite small if you are planning for 5 [people. We were just 2 so it did not matter. The two bedrooms do not have a proper wall between, so would not recommend this for 5 adults or group of friends who would like some privacy. - The day we were checking out, there was a lot of rain. So we had a leak in the bathroom right above the toilet. We reported this as we checked-out. Wasn't an issue for us, but could have been if we were staying longer. - The keys we were provided seemed a flimsy. The key to the main door broke the first time we tried to use it - so no fault of ours really. This was a bit scary as it was late at night when we were returning after dinner, and we panicked assuming we might get stuck. Thankfully staff picked up our phone call and gave us code access. They did not charge us for the keys, which was good.

- Great Location in the heart of old town, and close to everything! - The parking is 10 minutes walk away, on the other side of the bridge. Fairly convenient! - The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They were even available late at night when our key broke and we needed help with access. They also provided great recommendations, and were kind to store our luggage after we checked-out. - Everything in the unit was good, and seemed fairly new and well maintained. - Wifi and other facilities were great too.

I wish could spend more days at verona, you should be in town for at least 2 days.

Martina was very helpfull all the time, with tips of the restaurants, taxis, local food.. The room have a perfect location very near of bars and restaurants. The arena is 10 minutes walking from the hotel.
