There are no private bathrooms, which was really uncomfortable, three rooms are sharing one bathroom - which is also not too big. Also, our room had poor noise isolation, bathroom has that problem aswell.

The accommodation process is difficult. The host doesn't write down the steps you need to follow in advance. I had to send a lot of messages and emails to find out. Although I had made the reservation 1 week before, I only found out the details a few hours before.

The room was ok, hot water in the bathroom, kitchen where you can cook.

Unless I have called the structure owner during the day to organize and to be sure about the keys, when I arrived at the room in late evening i didn't found the keys and i had to wait 1 hour for a solution. Bathroom was nothing excellent.

The room was big, lightly and comfortable. For 1 or 2 night staying, it's perfect.

Shared bathroom. First night the people staying in one of the rooms next to us were being super loud and I’m pretty sure they were smoking cause the smell was not great.

Decent location with a good metro station nearby, decent room, honestly a decent option just the shared bathroom is a little bit annoying but overall it’s enjoyable.

Dear Booking.com Support, I am writing regarding my booking at La mia casa di Roma (Booking number: 5472660611, PIN: 3712) for the night of June 18–19, 2025. Unfortunately, I was unable to check in due to serious issues with the property and your system: 1. The check-in process via your website and the property instructions were completely unclear. 2. When I arrived at the provided address, everything was closed, and there was no way to access the accommodation. 3. I had to stay outside waiting until 3:00 AM with no support, which was exhausting and unacceptable. 4. I also accidentally paid the city tax twice because the process was confusing and poorly explained on your system. Due to these reasons, I kindly request a full refund for this booking. I never stayed at the property, and I faced not only financial loss but also stress and wasted time. I also request a refund for the double city tax payment. Very noisy—you can hear cars, movements, and everything happening around - Shared flat with three rooms (worth noting for those expecting a private space) - Warm water wasn’t very warm and didn’t work on the first day - If you are coming late at night, it is better to make sure and probably over-communicate, I sadly had a bad experience where the automatic lock was "offline" so I couldn't get it

Good location - Spacious and clean room - Comfortable bed - Kitchen (but you have to bring your tea, coffee, salt, etc...) It's okay for a short stay of 1-2 nights.

Washing machine was broken, they said they would pay me back if I did my own after a lot of me convincing them to as i booked the place due to it having a machine - they never paid me. Cleaner took our food from the fridge. Very thin walls so can hear a lot, shower starts flooding and is not that hot.

Worst experience of my entire trip. The owner only provided the street name and number, but the place is a 03 block building. We called and sent messages end even though she (apparently) lives on site, she never picked up, reply or provide help. We waited more than an hour and counted on the goodwill of other guests and the occasional presence of an employee to get in. This is the ADRESS PROVIDED: 67 Viale degli Ammiragli, Vaticano Prati, 00136 Rome, Italy And this is the MISSED INFORMATION: Block C, 4th floor, room 14 (Hope you get luck and find someone to tell you the door password because this information was also not provided) Being locked out without communication and not knowing how to proceed is not an acceptable situation. We were not the first and, apparently, we will not be the last (from what I read, this host has already been reported to the police for fraud). Booking should punish hosts for these practices and reimburse people for this absurd situation or, at the very least, rethink some offers they maintain on their platform.

I waited for over an hour outside for them to let us in, not replying to my many calls and messages for hours. To the point that Booking.com nearly got us a new place booked cos this place was not answering to any of us contacting them. Bath with blocked drainage which with several people in the house showering in a dirty blocked bath was a bit disgusting. The shower had no curtain so water was all over the floor after any shower people walked in with shoes making it all dirty. Bed sheets in double bed were "two singles!!!" one beside the other to cover the all mattress which were coming apart all the time exposing the mattress itself to the contact of the body. :( The price was high for what it was and the service provided.

The kitchen was ok, and the size of the room and AC worked.

We most definitely wouldn't recommend this. The owner doesn't speak English very well, and isn't cooperative in any sense. First she gave us all instructions for how to reach and unlock the room but when we came there our room was in a mess, trash can was full, bad sheets weren't change, in short unacceptable. When we pointed that out to her, she told us that she forgot that we are coming on Saturday (she thought we are coming the day after). Then she told us that staff member would come in half an hour to clean the room. He came in ONE AND A HALF HOUR, and we finally got into our room 3 hours after our initial, arranged time of arrival. In addition to that, the faucet for the shower didn't work correctly and we needed to figure out a "special way" of using it.
