The center of Vatican. 20 min by walk to basilica. Plenty shops, restaurants and even apothecary is near. Clean room, breakfast is for bonus pay. Pleasant staff. There is kettle in room with coffee and tea. Water is drinkable from sink. Parking is on street nearby building.

AC under par during daytime.

Nice location near bus stop from Airport. Close to Vatican museums and St Peters Basilica. Walking distance to metro. The room was good with 2 beds and a clean bathroom. However, the shower kept coming out. Will need fixing. Breakfast items need to be increased. AC strength during daytime under par. Overall, it was a nice experience.

It was a little confusing on having the front door open when arrived, but once they saw calls they quickly resolved everything!

Communication was a bit difficult, they just didn't respond until the day of arrival about, how to check-in but we got there in the end. No problem once we got all the info. Pretty straight forward . Probably a little too far from train station, definitely needed a taxi to get the luggage their, to far to walk( 50mins walking) with 5 large bags and in 30° heat! The taxi was bliss!! My mistake for not checking when booking this spot . Was nice and close to Vatican city and chaple though.

It was good value for money, especially as we got breakfast included in price.

However, the apartment smells a bit moisty which makes me a bit upset.

Overall, the position is really good, just a 10 min walk from vatican city (or even less). There are plenty of restaurants around the block.

The breakfast selection is poor They really need to provide slippers, the floor has tiles and can be very cold If you lose the keys, there is a 100€ fee which i think it’s too much.

The area is quite and very safe, unlike other touristic areas. Good cleaning service provided The fresh croissants were delicious

Communication with manager was not great, lack of response to messages.

The caretaker Giselle is really lovely and very helpful. The location is really good, close to restaurants, supermarkets and walking distance within main tourist sites. The room was clean and breakfast was really good.

The checkin was a bit unclear. The requested parking for the cars ended up being on the street, which was not clear in the add. The rooms were smaller than expected and those were booked with breakfast which was not provided.
