The room we got had the bathroom outside of it (still private though) and that was a bit annoying

Great staff! Valentina helped us enjoy the couple of days that we spent in Verona by giving us amazing recommendations and giving us a short how-to and where-to guide of the city. Location is good, the rooms are well maintained. There are water bottles free of charge for guests and the area is chill.

We absolutely loved it and wholeheartedly recommend it. The staff is very friendly and attentive, they'll bring you up to speed on everything you need. Everything in the description is accurate. Everything was clean, functional, and new. There was no noise, and we slept very well. It was super. There are no breakfasts, but there is delicious free coffee and a variety of free snacks, for which we are especially grateful. We had a very pleasant experience. We wish you all the best."

It's about a 20-25 minute walk to the center at a slow pace, but that's not a problem for me.

Very friendly staff, provided with everything necessary. The room is very clean, the room has all the necessary toiletries. The shower has a powerful stream of water. New furniture.

Everything was so cozy and pleasant and so, so clean! The mattress was so comfortable, I woke up without back pain for the first time in a really long time. 🥲 We arrived to be sure there will be parking for car and then booked the room and communication was so fast and friendly. We would be happy to return here. 🎉

There is absolutely nothing we don't like.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The accommodation was wonderful. The lady was very helpful and pleasant. She explained everything to us and the room was ready at 11:30 in the afternoon. The triple room has 3 very comfortable beds. There is a large wardrobe, bedside tables, lamps, armchair, TV, table, minibar included in the price and a nice terrace. I really liked the ceiling lighting. The bathroom was private but not part of the room. There are 2 other rooms in the apartment that have their own bathroom. The bathroom had toiletries, towels, shower supplies and a hairdryer. In the common hallway there was a coffee machine, coffee capsules, lots of pastries, tea, bottled water, sweets. Leaflets with information about the city were also available. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was great.

The location is not in the city center. But we always went walking and it was not that long.

Super kind and welcoming hosts, very attentive to our needs. The room and bathroom inside are very new, comfortable and clean. There is no breakfast but they leave a lot of snacks and breakfast things including water, coffee and tea for free which makes the stay nicer. There is free private parking in the backyard.

The excellent attention of the hostes and owner Paulo was amazing, that was the big difference of stay in a regular hotel or stay here. We are traveling from many places and this room was the Best that we can stay. Its confortable, calm, very good position walking to the verona's center and you feel like in home.

We would have loved a kettle in the room - or outside. The coffee machine was good but we just wanted some hot water for a cup of tea. It was also a little further out than we expected - not a bad thing, except when it is torrential rain. 20 mins walk in the rain with cases is not brilliant! I know you can't change the weather - or the location, but perhaps be clear it is a 20/25 min walk to the station and the city centre. You may have put this and I missed it - apologies if so. Thank you for a great stay.

Great room with excellent host who met us at the property and told us loads about the place and the area. The room was warm and comfortable, and nicely decorated. Lovely bathroom with great shower. It was good that, although there was no breakfast at the property there were free snacks and drinks provided. We appreciated the details about busses, and the links for places to eat. And thank you for the use of the umbrellas!

We were aware that there was an external bathroom, but not that it was located down the hallway past the doorways to the other guest rooms. Whilst the bathroom was lovely to use, when heading for a shower it would have been nice to have been provided with a robe to cover ones modesty, as in the morning in particular we encountered people in the hallway.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was super clean and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Nice touches included free water and drinks in the fridge and a selection of snacks available in the communal hallway. Lovely little balcony. Plenty of towels.
