Hidden charge...We were charged 50Euro for the bed linen...This was not stated beforehand...The fee of 50 euro is applicable for extra linen only but not for the one that is on the bed! Quite silly...imagine going to a restaurant and taking your own cutlery or getting charged extra to use the cutlery

The bed linens where annoying. We didn’t have a proper bed quilt case. The quilt was between two bed sheets. The kitchen could be more equipped like coffe machine, a toaster would be nice. It also would have been nice to have a washing machine (we’ve stayed for 6 nights) and some basic toiletries.

The apartment is in a good location (7 min to vatican entrance, near to bus stop), very safe neighborhood, with a lot of shops, markets and restaurants. Alexandro allow us to check in 3 hour earlier and we thank him for that.

The apartment is very clean, comfortable and spacious. Most of all it is very close to metro, buses and vatican.

The floors were very dirty. there were cockroaches in one bathroom. The common room required a sofa, the pictures show that there will be a sofa. A dangerous neighbour who promised to shoot us.

Wi-fi is horrible. There are 3 different networks provided, each gets some connection in different rooms. Tried with different devices, all were disconnecting while moving around home, even disconnecting if you are too close to window or other side of the bed etc. Also shower glass is a dangerously loose, doesn't have any connections on bottom and can be broken easily to cause injury. Maintenance required in some places.

Location is perfect. 2 minutes walk to metro, 10 minutes walk to Vatican. Lots of bus connection options. Also plenty of restaurants to pick in the area. Home is big, clean but needs some detailed cleaning in certain places. There were some stuff needed maintance, like shower, but still was useable. Overall good experience for the price.

The host was not welcoming at all and kept asking for additional payments. I was asked to pay for AC even though it didn’t say it would cost extra. I had to leave my room ASAP. If you reach even a little late they try to charge extra. They were very unhelpful and not accommodating in the slightest. It felt like they were trying to charge extra for every little thing. I’m fine leaving a room at a certain timee but then I was charged extra for storing luggage.

The property was spacious, clean, and had all of the required and listed items in order to enjoy our stay. Very modern apartment and quiet which helped with a great nights sleep. Very close to St Peter’s Basilica and Vatican Museums, and also to luggage storage lockers if needed for an early checkout but later flight. Plenty of restaurants and local supermarkets etc close by.

We were 5 people staying in this property. The beds were extremely comfortable, the couch however was less comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious and clean, wish we could have had more soap and toilet paper. The kitchen was spacious and clean as well. The views were pretty. Walking the streets felt safe and we quickly knew our way around. Francesco was always available to answer our concerns and assist us. We would stay here again and we would recommend this apartment… !!!

The toilet shower in room #3 has water leaking when you take a a bath, but it's just a little issue with a very nice accommodation.

Francesco and the staff Cris are very accommodating and cordial. Francesco will arrange and give you instructions a day ahead of your stay. He will instruct the staff to wait for your arrival for additional instructions and make sure that your stay would be memorable. Francesco also arranged a Van/Taxi that will pick us up going to the airport (thank you for this). Location is great! Near small supermarkets for your needs like water or food and restaurants all over the place. You can easily see the Vatical around 3-5 mins walk. Near Train station, Ottaviano line (which has stops to all of the tourist spots), if you don't want to take the metro, you can always go with bus. We are family of 6 and it has 3 rooms, each rooms have its own toilet and bathroom. Although room #3 has shower water leaks but it's just a small issue. Rooms are very cozy and clean sheets and what you see in the picture is what you get. We will definitely stay here again in our next visit. Kitchen is also clean, although we can have cups for warm/hot water for coffee, but we managed.
