Location was close but far enough away from the noise. Astrid was very sweet and gave us good recommendations to restaurants. The bed was comfortable.

Staff was very responsive and helpful with lots of recommendations. If you have a car, you can park in their covered, secure garage for 10 Euros a day. (That was the rate as of Sept 2024) They will show you where the garage is, but it's very close. The room we had was spacious and the bed was comfortable - we prefer slightly softer beds and this one was softer, so it was great. (Other European places we've stayed, the beds feel extra firm) The AC worked great and you have complete control of it for your room. Very clean. We would definitely stay here again. Only reason this is a 9 not a 10 is because I rate 10's for places that blow me away. This was a great stay and like I said, we'd happily stay again!! Location is close to train station and not too far from main attractions. Definitely get gelato at Gelateria La Romana, it's very close and amazing. For breakfast pastries, we liked Pasticceria Barini, also close by and on the way to the historic town center. Try amarone wine too...a regional and delicious red wine.

All towels had some stains. Window isolation could be improved as you can hear during the night the cars passing by and talk of people outside

Perfect location, everything was a walk away. Host was always a message away and offered good tips on places to see and eat and drink. Can't fault anything.

Nothing, was a fine place to stay.

Perfect location close to the city centre of Verona, about two hundred meters walk. Room was having good working airco, low noise and small refrigerator was very welcome. Beds are short for long persons (>195 cm), but for two nights fine. And Astrid did inform good locations for breakfast, lunch and diner in the evening (many thanks !)

Very good location, clean and comfortable place. The owner is very kind and always willing to make necessary arrangements to accommodate any requests you may have. Highly recommended place to stay to feel like home. Next time in Verona I will try to stay a this apartment for sure.

Nowhere to store luggage so we had to carry ours around with us on the last day. More pillows could be provided for a better sleep. Don't trust the lift as we got stuck on arrival! The cost of the apartment was way too high making it poor value for money.

Location was convenient and centrally located. In city centre and a 10 minute walk from the main train station. Check in was easy and we had constant messages from the owner which helped. Apartment was clean and safe.

PRO 1. Very central location. CONs 1. The person which met us at the property didn't speak english at all (she was from South America), so she could not answer our basic questions at all, she also was in a rush. 2. It was two factores why we booked this property: central location and 2 beds. However as soon as we completed our booking the owner informed us that it was some kind of error and the property has been already booked but she has another property in this location that has one bed. She promised us to come up with a second bed so we didn't cancel our booking...it was our mistake... we should take this sign as a warning. The owner provided us with two beds, BUT: Both beds were not comfortable at all. The queen size bed had some sugging effects on both sides. The second bed that Astrid provided was a very small bed probably intended for a teenager. Thus my back and my 76 years old husband were not happy at all.... 3. At the end...even so we understand that it was not the owner responsibility, it is just a human favor. The weather forecast for the day we were leaving was 90% rain and we asked Astrid to book us a taxi. She provided us with a phone number and explained that she can't do this becasue "they take the phone number from which it is called". Unfortunately we don't speak italian and the taxi dispatcher didn't speak english, so our attemp was not successful and we both soaked to our bones on our way to the train station. Before Verona we stayed in Bologna and Rimini and in both cities the owners booked us a taxi and didn't have any problem to help us with this extra service. Same experience we had in Milan.
