Few points that hotel should improve: -parking. If there is no spaces available, you have to park outside the hotel grounds, in an unsecured area. -check-in roulette. If you’re lucky, you won’t have to keep climbing endless stairs to reach your room… Oh, and by the way, no one at reception bothers to ask if you have any mobility limitations. -loungers. At a hotel that charges €500 per night, I shouldn’t have to rush in the morning just to grab a spot by the pool. In the end, there were simply no loungers left and no people on them or in the pool… -beaches…oh dear, a “private beach”… except we were lying on a heap of dry seaweed that smelled unpleasant, and it was impossible to wash the scratchy debris off our feet.

The beach is not the clearest of water but it’s still lovely to go for a walk a long the beach.

I liked that the resort had activities included such as e-bikes, paddle board and yoga for the guests. It’s very kid friendly too.

Don’t believe those who say the sea is far away it’s literally a two-minute walk through a pleasant forest, which never hurt anyone and is actually a nice bonus. However, the beach itself is definitely not one of the best in Sardinia: it’s covered in dry seaweed, there aren’t enough loungers for everyone, and even the SUP boards and kayaks we wanted to take were unavailable during the last day of our stay. The hotel had just undergone an inspection, and it turned out they didn’t have a license for the kayaks. We ended up swimming at nearby beaches instead the public beach next door is much better, cleaner, and the water there is like a swimming pool. To get to this beach, head towards the tower, and after a short uphill walk, you’ll see a narrow passage between two fences on your right. Follow this narrow path, and you’ll arrive at the public beach we enjoyed much more. There’s also a stunning white-sand beach just five minutes away by car.

We really enjoyed our stay - it was absolutely relaxing. This is a hotel after renovation, so everything is brand new and stylish. The pool is nice, and the grounds are lush and green. The cocktails are delicious, and being there is an aesthetic pleasure in itself. The location is also incredibly beautiful - we went hiking in the mountains and found many stunning beaches nearby, with soft sand and crystal-clear blue water.

We had a wonderful stay at Veridia Resort Sardinia, a truly beautiful place perfect for relaxation. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and highly professional, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. Our rooms were clean and very comfortable. The walk to the beach was pleasant. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing culinary experience – the food was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed every moment at Veridia Resort Sardinia and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and unforgettable getaway.

I paid extra for "full bay view" (as opposed to a partial bay view) but the room I was initially assigned was on the ground floor and did not have a view at all! I took it up with reception and kudos to Roberta, she swapped my room with one that had an actual view! Beach is a 5 minute walk and not the best (sand, pebbles and a lot of dry but not malodorous seaweed) but the water's beautiful, clear and clean. Buffet dinners were OK but a bit pricey for what you got (50 euros not including bottled water or drinks!). Apart from these nits everything was exceptional.

Extremely friendly staff especially Roberta in reception, Lorenzo in the buffet and many more whose names I don't remember. Beautifully landscaped and clean grounds, huge and wonderful infinity pool. Close drive to many exceptional beached nearby. Really nice buffet breakfast in a huge area overlooking the pool.

The choice of food for dinner in the restaurant with buffet options is very limited. Not many things to do in the evening, especially since the area itself does not have many restaurants.

The garden and the pool area are simply magnificent! Such a perfect place to relax and enjoy. Very kind and responsive staff. We also enjoyed the pilates class in the morning and kayak tour. The hotel beach is nice, although there are many nicer beaches in the area.

The air con in the room was so effective we needed a blanket! Only a dislike for someone who feels the cold - much welcomed by others!

We stayed in the old rooms (not the newly refurbished ones), which were a bit outdated and due to contruction at the hotel we could hear noise from inside the room.

The property grounds were great, we loved breakfast with a view of the pool and a lot of good food options. The valet/entrance staff was exceptional and helped us resolve a matter with a local taxi driver. Location is great to explore the beaches in the south.

We recommend to come with rented or own car for more flexibility visiting other beaches or to dine outside of the hotel as well. The next city Pula is 20 minutes by car.

Service, people, food, location, beach - all was excellent. People are very helpful, kind and friendly. Service is very good from the reception, housekeeping, restaurant service, pool or beach service or portier. Breakfast - wide variety from ham and cheese, to fresh fruit or fresh juices, egg station or sweet station Lunch - at the pool bistro just the spot you want to be, nice selection of the menu. This menu is served and delivered to the beach as well. Dinner - 2 restaurants. Buffet menu or a la carte We dined outside the hotel at the near restaurants and it was amazing experience. Beach - 5 minutes walk from the pool, little challenging in the heat, the beach is mainly sand and small stones. The sea was amazing. There is a part reserved for the hotel with sunbeds and beachservice. Paddle board available to use on the beach for hotel guests. Lifeguards on the beach. Tennis, yoga, pilates all available in the hotel

I expected a room with a view but really, there wasn't one (paid for a premium room). The rooms have privacy hedges and aren't near enough to the sea.

A beautiful, comfortable resort. We had a lovely stay. The buffet dinner is absolutely amazing. The pool is huge and good for proper swimming.

I had a great weekly stay at Veridia Nature Resort in Chia. I travelled solo to this resort and I enjoyed the beach, fitness, e-bikes, good food and amazing views. Would 100% come back here. I definitely want to give a shoutout to a few…Giorgia (Alima restaurant), Jorge (beach), Elena (reception) and Carlo (porter) made my stay unforgettable, their work-ethic, genuinely thoughtful service and enthusiasm is unmatched. Keep up the good work and wish you the best!
