This property is an amazing stay, a short walk from the ferry terminal and across the road from a nice quiet beach. Very clean and spacious with all the facilities needed and more. The host was very kind and even gave us a lift to Milan when we checked out as we were both heading there. Definitely recommend this property, we will come back in the future!

A bit too far from town and bus station if you don’t have have a car.

Nice spacious apartment, well equipment, gorgeous view from the balcony, but most of all loved the waterfall sound near the window! Great place to stay if visiting lake como.

Spotless apartment and Giovanni was brilliant, with travel advise and collecting and taking us back to the train station. Would definitely recommend this apartment, a bit away from the main area on Bellano, a ten minute walk but stunning views along the way.

There is no lift; however Luca helped us with our bags. Anyway, I have to keep in mind that I am not young anymore. I am 60, and my husband 61:)

Upon arrival from Milan, Luca was waiting for us at Bellano Train Station and drove us to the apartment. He helped us with the luggage, which I really appreciated as I had sprained my ankle earlier. Breakfast was not included. The apartment is so nicely designed. It consists of a huge sitting/living room with TV and AC. A balcony with a small table and 2 chairs with such a wonderful view. There are even washing lines. The kitchen includes a table, 4 chairs, a refrigerator, a hob and a microwave, cutlery, glasses, bowls, plates, saucepans, pans, etc. washing up liquids. The bathroom was great as well with clean white towels. The bedroom was lovely with a large wardrobe, an armchair and a small vintage stool, which looks really cool. The ornaments and decorations are so nicely matched to the furniture. In the common area, there was a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. This was our first time in an apartment, and we really enjoyed it. Giovanni drove us to the ferry, when it was time for us to leave. The brothers Luca and Giovanni were very helpful and kind.

Great appartments with good facilities. Location was pretty good just a bit of a walk to the train station but the host picked us up for 10 euro.

Shower didn’t stay hot for too long. Location was fine for us as a young couple but still took just over 20 minutes to walk to the town. As mentioned by others, there is a fast road directly on the building doorstep and part of the walk into town has no footpath. Also no curtains, just netted blinds. We solved by suing a blanket on the rail.

The apartment was very clean with everything we needed. We had a beautiful view of the lake. Giovanni collected us from the train station and brought us to the apartment. Luca gave us a lift back to the train station on the last day. All in all a great week in Lake Como

One thing to be aware of, the main entrance door to the property opens straight onto a quite busy road, about 50m before the pavement starts and a 10-15 minute walk into Bellano, which we knew beforehand, so wasn't a problem for us.

Giovanni was a great host. Communication was excellent. He met us and gave us a lift from the train station for a very reasonable charge, and welcomed us into the apartment, explaining everything well. We were in a one bedroom, second floor apartment which was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet, with nice personal touches like pictures and ornaments etc, and the added benefit of a small balcony. On leaving, Giovanni's brother Luca took us back to the station, and after we left a bag in the car, he rushed it back so we didn't miss our train, and wouldn't accept any extra payment. Great personal service that saved us a from a potentially big problem.

You must be very careful when walking out the front door - you step right into the street and there might be a fast car coming your way. Other than that - no complaints whatsoever.

The flat is in a perfect location: almost right at the lake, under the window there's a river. The view from the balcony was awesome while having the morning coffee. The place was quiet and very nice. We loved our stay there.

The floor was a bit dirty and it is difficult to get to downtown on foot. Parking may be an adventure. One should have a car.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the apartment was a bit dark, but otherwise it was good. a bit of a walk into town and a bit scary at times. it was easier to eat at home each night

The balcony wasn't really useable as we have an air conditioning system blowing cold winds every time we want to enjoy it.

Luca picked us up and showed us what to do in the city. Very hospitable. Told us recommended place to eat and ate one of the best Tiramisu ever. The facilities are great, big spaces for two. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed. One of the best hikes starts very close from the location.
