breakfast was good, but the coffee from the coffee machine was not so good but the waiter was very helpfull and went to get the coffee from the hotel bar which was excellent. the hotel is only a few min away from the bernina express.

the rooms at the back facing the mountain are ok but the ones in front you can hear the cars passing by.

The hotel location was excellent, very easy access to the central train station, the hotel staff was extremely friendly, the hotel dinner was excellent, I was really satisfied with my stay.

Convenient location, just off the main road & only just out of town. Very friendly & helpful staff. The room was clean & modern with the American pictures giving each room a unique feel but the best bit for me was the super comfy bed! I had such a great sleep!

Not essential but would be great if it had blockout curtains or blinds too

I was very pleased. My family's holiday was made even better by this hotel. The lady at the reservations was really helpful, as was the lady at the restaurant, Cladio. I thank them all very much. I recommend it.

Breakfast buffet was included and was very nice. The location is BEAUTIFUL with a nearby walking trail that you can take all the way into town. Convient bus stop for those who don't want to walk.

I booked in a hurry and didn't check how far away from the Tarino train station this was but a €15 taxis got me there and it was so worth it 🙂 Got the bus back to Tarino at €2 Lovely place The restaurant and the food great Views just wonderful . So pleased 🙂🙂🙂

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far from the 4-star standard I anticipated. The room had a serious bug problem: I found multiple bugs in the bed. These pests stung my leg and arms, and continued to sting my leg again during the night, making it impossible to rest comfortably. Given the prominent 4-star rating, I had a much higher expectation for the hotel's hygiene and overall condition. This was a truly unpleasant and shocking stay.

Large clean modern room, nice bathroom, friendly staff, lovely breakfast with a view of the valley. Good location about 3km outside Tirano. Ideal location for stelvio pass and Bernina express.

Nice decor recently renovated

No safe parking . Room was small . Poor nights sleep due to constant road noise . Complained about food in restaurant and was told nobody else had complained nobody was eating the meat balls hence no one had complained and only one waitress taking care of front of house clearly over worked . Presentation going on in dining room where the owners were trying to sell their overpriced wine and owners wife trying to flog headscarf’s that looked like they had come of temu .Following morning the very nice lady on reception gave me a cheap bottle of wine in recompense for poor meal the night before all in all pretentious owners and I would not Recomend
