the rooms at the back facing the mountain are ok but the ones in front you can hear the cars passing by.

breakfast was good, but the coffee from the coffee machine was not so good but the waiter was very helpfull and went to get the coffee from the hotel bar which was excellent. the hotel is only a few min away from the bernina express.

Convenient location, just off the main road & only just out of town. Very friendly & helpful staff. The room was clean & modern with the American pictures giving each room a unique feel but the best bit for me was the super comfy bed! I had such a great sleep!

Breakfast buffet was included and was very nice. The location is BEAUTIFUL with a nearby walking trail that you can take all the way into town. Convient bus stop for those who don't want to walk.

I booked in a hurry and didn't check how far away from the Tarino train station this was but a €15 taxis got me there and it was so worth it 🙂 Got the bus back to Tarino at €2 Lovely place The restaurant and the food great Views just wonderful . So pleased 🙂🙂🙂

The location is a bit far from the city center and not easily accessible on foot, with limited public transportation options available. The breakfast selection could also be improved, as it offered only a few choices.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff is courteous and professional.

It is something I would recommend to the hotel owners. It's related to breakfast. Maybe it should be improved and a little added more hot options for breakfast. But the existing one was also very good, only that I would add something warm. Omelet, etc. But specific!! It's just a recommendation!!! But otherwise very good!

The staff is very kind and friendly, especially the two waiters at the restaurant, whom I congratulate and thank enormously for their patience and excellent service. Exceptional people!!!

We came to visit the Bernina Express tour, the hotel was located a short 4 minute drive from Torino which was ideal. The hotel itself was very clean and modern, it has a restaurant inside which is very handy. The best part of the hotel were the staff, before coming to the hotel they had sent me a WhatsApp message to see if I needed a taxi which was very caring. There was one day we couldn’t get a taxi home from Torino and the owner actually came personally to pick us up (as it was late) and took us back to the hotel. This was really nice of them and made our stay so much better. Thank you to all of the team at the hotel and although it is unlikely we will be back to visit the Bernina Express, I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody who wanted to stay! Ps: the Bernina Express is beautiful!
