Found it a bit oppressive and confusing to find your way around with all the marble and dark walls everywhere! Good place for a couple of nights in the city though.

Felt luxurious with the decor, very clean, comfy beds. Nice breakfast and lovely roof terrace. Staff very helpful. Walkable to main attractions but it was about 30mins away so only if you’re fairly active.

When we checked in our luggage that particular concierge was incredibly snooty about our bags being backpacks not suitcases, and in general acted rather smugly toward us. Every other concierge / host was accomodating, however. Additionally we were woken up at 4 AM by a phone call saying “the police are here”- in the hotel’s defence there was a guest making a particular scene, however we were fast asleep sleep and then very disoriented, and due to check-out that morning . The concierge at the other end of the phone apologised for the noise (we couldn’t hear anything) and said we could move to a suite right now. We didn’t take up that offer as we felt we wouldn’t have been able to get back to sleep anyway - which unfortunately we weren’t able to anyway.

The standard rooms are very small. In the room for 3, the third one slept in a separate room with weak air conditioning. The hotel offered a portable cooler but there was no extension cord for the room and the room had no outlets for charging. As a family of 5, the restaurant employees insist on seating us at a table for 5, only that these tables are in the sun every morning and the place is hot, they refused to let us sit at adjacent tables of 3 where we don't want to, rooftop is very expensive.

Breakfast should be richer, and eggs should be free of charge. The rooms were constantly lacking in amenities such as shower gel, shower caps, and bottled water for the room should be free of charge.

The hotel is centrally located and convenient. The breakfast is lacking in that it is not rich compared to other 4-star hotels, and also paying 10 euros for a single egg is very excessive, and it should have been free.

The air-conditioning wasn't strong enough to deal with the weather conditions. The maintenance man changed the filter which helped a little but it wasn't good enough.

Very helpful staff, huge big room with incredible bathroom and really powerful shower. My absolute favourite was the roof top restaurant where they served breakfast.
