Only one tip for breakfast, which everything was lovely, but the juices, she could use some fresh oranges and fresh juice instead of the ready one from supermarkets. Everything else was lovely.

The location of the property is perfect, near everything, the trevi fountain, Spanish steps, etc, the property is big, clean, and quiet. The breakfast is nice, we have allergens and Elisabeta was ready to offer us options. Elisabeta is a lovely person, very helpful with everything and attentive with us. We lived out stay, highly recommend and definitely will come back.

Location was great. The price was good. I missed the registration staff. Breakfast Staff were cheery and helpful. …make sure you have all your info as it is self checkin. One of the doors was broken. Once you are familiar with the building and procedure it is well worth it.

Simple check in , very well explained( we came so late), Nice, clean, super comfortable beds, beautiful balcony,. Location was walkable to evervthing.close to the Trevi. Staff were amazing, special thanks to mrs.Manuella our host who helped us with everything. She was kind, warm and professional, she really knows her job. I travel a lot and rarely experience human touch.

It could get a bit noisy during the nights, but the provided earplugs help a lot to have a pleasant sleep.

We liked street view rooms, and noisy from bikes and cars does not matter us , but if somebody likes peace , need to close windows to sleep

So far we were at classic hotels with 30 and more rooms , but this experience was very positive surprise for us . Hotel has up to 10 rooms , rooms are very comfortable, spaced , sunny. Our host Madam Elizabeth is very polite , ready to help . We came very late, and check in was in accordance to instructions we got, very easy. . Breakfast was nice as well, so many bath accessories at room . Rooms are with balcony , on the first floor , looks at street . Very pleasant stay .

The breakfast was incredible and the air conditioned rooms made the stay so much better. It’s not too far from the Trevi Fountain (about a 10 minute walk) and there are local food places not that far

We had a wonderful stay at V-Accommodation IV Fontane in Rome! From before we arrived up until our departure, our contact person Elisabetta was incredibly helpful, friendly, attentive and was available throughout our stay to answer any questions and make sure everything went smoothly! The room itself was super clean, comfortable, and overall perfectly fitted to our needs! The location is also just a short walk from many major points of interest, restaurants, and public transport. We hope to see you once again when we revisit Rome! Many thanks to all!!!

The only downside of where the room was that the traffic outside was a little noisy at times.

They were very accommodating for my other half in that he wanted an omelette for breakfast and they remembered that the next day.
