Lovely property. Very spacious. Self check in allowed a nice sense of privacy and luxury with an apartment all to ourselves. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit back to Rome.

The only minor thing to mention is that the built-in shutters made the room completely dark, but that’s just a matter of personal preference :)

Absolutely great hosts – very communicative and helpful. The apartment was spacious, well-designed, spotlessly clean, and had air conditioning, which was amazing after walking around in the 30°C Italian heat. Everything you might need was provided, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location was excellent – close to the main attractions, yet the street was quiet and not very crowded.

I wish there would have been more outlets, and the fridge was a little bit noisy but not a big issue. I wish the pillows were a bit poofier and the mattress a bit softer but that is just a matter of personal taste!

The A/C worked wonders after a hot day and the fridge was a nice touch! The room was clean and cozy. The location was amazing in the center of Rome and with such cozy streets outside! Great value for the money you spend!

The property is in a fantastic location—just a short walk to many major attractions. It’s tucked away on a charming little street with some great eateries and gift shops nearby. The owner was very polite, friendly, and accommodating, and the staff was very helpful. The room (1) was perfect for two and had everything necessary. It's between the Colosseum and the Termini train station (near Cavour metro station).

There was the stench of cigarettes from behind the wall in the kitchen, and also at night the fan in the kitchen made noise which could not be turned off.

Was surprised no sorting of room over 4 nights.

Location is excellent, close to Termini (local buses and Metro and trains), and Cavour Metro. Close to main sights for short term visitors. Excellent restaurant across road Pasta Urbana (Via Urbana 126). Urbana 33 is not a hotel but more a room. Independent check in and out. Owner easily available on WhatsApp.

The cleaning was not good, there were 4-5 hairs in the bed. The drawer where the hair dryer was located had a lot of hair in it and had never been cleaned. There were also items such as headphones left over from previous customers in the drawers in the room. As for the location, it is a 10-minute walk from Termini station, but you need to walk at least 30 minutes to other tourist locations.

The size of the room was very good, we could easily unpack our suitcases and move around the room without getting stuck. Coffee and tea were provided for us to use. Additionally, they put paper towels, which was a good thought.

A noisy neighbour on the adjoining courtyard at 7.30 am!

The pre-arrival confirmation and info update from the host was useful as well as having a direct line to him in case of any queries. Room was fine, excellent location, close to the night time action, subway station and a 15 min walk to Colloseum, Trevi Fountain.

Great location, close to bus stop and many restaurants. The place is quite spacious with 2 toilets and a whole mini kitchen. We misbooked our hotel dates and Urbana 33 was able to accommodate us within one hour of our booking.

The apartment is located in a wonderful location - close to all sights on foot.Termini Station is a 10-minute walk away. The Vatican is 4 metro stops away. It was clean and comfortable. I recommend for two persons or a family with a child.

No lift! We anticipated steps but these were 2 flights up and we had a lot of luggage so it was quite a workout. Cleanliness of the apartment and the utensils can be improved - the kettle & pot lids looked like they hadn't been properly washed. We also found strands of hair on the bed. The box bed in the living room area was very creaky and not very comfortable. We were a little concerned about safety, not of the apartment but the area, only because we were awakened by a man fearfully screaming downstairs in the alley/road on one of our nights there.

Very cozy apartment, the owners did some work to make it a little more modern even though it's set up in a very old building. The location was great, walking distance to the Colliseum, Trevi fountain and Spanish steps! The facilities available were convenient enough for our 5 day stay!
