Our stay was great and Amanda our host made it very seamless. It was clean, quiet, great location and comfortable beds. Host Amanda even drove us to the cruise terminal.

This was an exceptional property. The host was very helpful. Reception was seamless. Easy to understand and the host was always accessible. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants, wine stores, and some items we needed to purchase. The room was meticulous and everything worked perfectly. The free transport to the port was a pleasant surprise and much effort was made to make sure we arrived on time.

We loved everything about our stay! One tiny suggestion for improvement would be adding a non-slip pad in the shower, but overall, it was perfect!

Our host was fantastic - super responsive and always available to answer questions. The apartment was clean and comfortable, making us feel safe as solo female travelers. The insider tips on local eats and activities were invaluable, and the free breakfast vouchers at a nearby bakery were a lovely touch. The beautifully tended bonsai garden was a lovely surprise, and the host's offer of transportation was especially helpful for my 78-year-old mom, making our stay in Civitavecchia truly special.

We were made to feel very welcome as soon as we arrived and the room was perfect. Breakfast was provided for us with a voucher for a local cafe bar just around the corner which was a nice added touch. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to the front in about 10-15 minutes. Amanda was a lovely host and she even provided us with a lift to the cruise terminal in the morning. We would definitely stay here again if we sail from Civitavecchia in the future.

We needed small place for a night, since our ferry came with quite delay. The owners respond on time, with absolute flexibility, although we came at 2am. Also they have a place where to leave the motorbikes save, during the night, taking into consideration that there are not so many paid options. I absolutely recommend this place.

Nothing, it was all good.

It's a small efficient beautiful space. The lighting is gorgeous, it is impeccably clean and very very comfortable. She has both a kettle and a coffee maker, and some tea bags and coffee. This was marvelous. She was incredibly helpful, I ended up having to book at 19h 30 to stay the same night and it was no problem at all. You have your own space, and your own door out of the building. There's efficient heat, both USB and a wall plug at the bed and the bathroom is modern and fantastic. Breakfast is a card for a local bakery where you can get a coffee and a croissant. They were delicious. Perfect place in a lovely relaxed residential area. Fully recommended. She's very helpful, and everything was perfect.

I had a very nice one-night stay at Urban & B. Amanda is a great host and made sure to reserve a parking spot for me in front of the B&B. The Yellow room was perfect for me as a solo traveler. The breakfast at Zucchero was delicious as well, and very convenient. Highly recommend, and would stay here again in the future.
