Nice terrace, clean and traditional service with linen on the table, delicious food , direct access to beach. View of the beach even from standard room. Staff and hotel owners very friendly. Also dog friendly house.

To have no toilets on the level of the bar and dining room is a disgrace. Charging for a sun bed in the hotel's own garden is cheeky as is surcharge for eating on the terrace.

Staff very helpful. Special mention to Samantha who went the extra mile to help me with a problem.. Parking staff very good too. Good location and excellent room.

Our initial room was dark and unrenovated, but the reception staff kindly offered to move us, which they did quickly.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were very impressed with how the manager dealt with a small issue - they responded so quickly. We will definitely come back here. Food was excellent. Pool and gardens delightful. Great beach access too. Everything was great.

The fridge from minibar was I think little bit defekt because after the Guy from Service came to check it , the noise was still apearing . But is not a reclamation is just a signal Alarm for the Stuff to check what they can do.

The room we were in had some trouble with the A/C unit. It functioned and kept the room cold but was a bit noisy during the nights. Probably will need some technical maintenance, refreshment soon.

The hotel has a charming atmosphere, absolutely positive vibes, nice staff. Particularly liked the silver cutlery at breakfast, the car parking place and the free rental bikes.

Some hidden costs concerning the sunbeds... but taking into consideration a very kind staff and wonderful stay, it was not such a problem, as due to sunbeds' reservation I did not have problems with free space on the beach (like in some other hotels)

Beach - wonderful. Swimming pool - quite small but cosy. Many additional possibilities. Many restaurants. I really enjoyed this stay!

Having more time available to stay longer... other than that nothing really comes to mind!

Beautifully located, very friendly and helpful staff of this family-run hotel. We received an upgrade to enjoy our dinners outside on the terrace area every evening, something we only finally understood after the 2nd evening. Food was DELICIOUS - nice variety to choose from every evening, 2 courses and dessert at the table, with salads at the buffet. You get your own umbrella with seats assigned for the entire stay. Beach was very clean as well. Shopping street easily accessible, yet located right at the beach. Caribe Bay, a water fun park, is in walking distance (10-15 mins) and also worth a visit. And finally: you can catch a bus to get to the ferry terminal for day trip to nearby Venice. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was fantastic a wonderful array of variety of delicious things to eat in the morning with wonderful view.

Some rooms need renovation. (we stayed in two rooms. One of them was renewed, the other was not.) Walls of the room were not thick enough to cut the noise coming from next/above rooms. But it was quite acceptable.

Beds & pillows were all very comfortable and room was always very clean. Breakfast was very good. Fresh fruit, fresh juice, different types of eggs, cheese, etc.. plus service was satisfactory. The location of the hotel is very good. Its private garden with pool is quite relaxing if you don't want to be at the sea side because of wind, noise, etc.. You receive sun beds & umbrella at the beach for free. Sun bed for the private garden area is 5EUR/person/day. It well deserves this... They have a free parking place in front of the hotel. When this place is full, there is a parking place (secure) 200m away (also free). Above all, the hotel management, starting from Ms. Carlotta to all the staff like Max, Maxi, Pierro, Elia, Matteo and all others were very professional, helpful, smiling and friendly. We strongly advise this hotel to families (especially families with pets).

Maybe a bit of room renovation but it may lose its current charm of the 70s-80s

Universo is a lovely family owned hotel with great service and a very good restaurant (much better than the most restaurants in the main street ). The rooms are a bit old fashioned but they have all you need. Very good breakfast. Location is perfect - right on the beach. Take a free bike for a lovely ride under the Jesolo pines. We had a great time here and enjoyed visiting Venice! Special thanks goes to restaurant manager, waiters and the reception staff - they were all very engaged in making our stay perfect! Well done!

The hotel is located right by the beach and provides free umbrellas. There is also a free parking and a small swimming pool. The breakfast is very rich and there is an outdoor balcony where you can enjoy afternoon tea and breakfast. It's very comfortable and the staff are very friendly, always with a smile, making you feel respected.

Rooms somewhat simple, but who wants to spend time in the room, with the beach so close.

The half board was excellent with very good italien food and very good service, The terrasse was wonderfull for breakfast and afternoon drinks. The location on the beach with complementary beach chairs was superb. Staff very friendly - clearly a family run hotel,

Hotel Universe is just perfect for a few days. The staff is genuinely kind and professional. Location is great.. Rooms are spacious, modern and cosy. WiFi works fine. We will definitely return! Absolutely recommended.

The decor is awful The air con leaked 3 nights out of 4 leaving dangerous puddles on the floor. This also left us shattered on our short break.
