Thought to communicate with hotel at times, AC wasn’t connected to the remote, took us googling and figuring out how till they responded. But there’s no one ever at front desk, so all is fine through WhatsApp etc. And shower head didn’t really have any pressure and the lighting didn’t work In The shower along with it would leak water Into the room from the shower door not closing properly.

Bed was comfy, lighting was nice, nice tv and ac was good.

I didnt like the fact there was no reception, general toilets only the ones in your room, lots of keys to get into the property. Very odd lift that is always locked so couldn't use.

We left the hotel at 7 AM. We've returned to Turkey. Despite a few minor issues, we were generally very satisfied. We will definitely recommend you to our friends in Turkey who are considering a trip to Rome. Thank you. Also, the lady who took care of our room and us had a very sweet dog. Only one thing, the bed was making sound when I moved.

The location is perfect. It is in a quiet area, very important to me. It is near a train station as well. I loved the fact that the room felt spacious. And I love the sauna in my own room. It was clean and everything I needed was there.

The bathroom and shower set up was a bit odd. But you get used to it. Also the ancient lift smelt a bit.

First off, this isn’t really a hotel. It’s more like an apartment that’s been turned into hotel rooms thats rented out. When we first arrived we weren’t very happy and were planning to change locations. The maze of keys to find the room and ancient lift. We didn’t feel very safe. We arrived around 8pm. The next day, we met the reception and felt at ease. The host was always available on WhatsApp which was helpful. They were very friendly. In the end. It was a good location, aircon was cold, bed was a bit squeaky but comfortable. The room was cleaned very well each daily. I guess it was value for money and it’s in a very good locations and safe street. We stayed 3 nights.

The owner / manager was not communicative at all on Booking.Com and the staff are only on site for a few hours each day. We needed a baby bed, we called and messaged the property multiple times through the Booking.Com application but it took them three days to respond. In fact, they did not answer any of our phone calls, return any of our phone calls and by the time they did respond it was the day / morning that we were checking out.

The location of this adorable little hotel is right by the Spanish Steps in Rome, around all of the amazing shopping and restaurants / cafes in that area. Our room also had a large jacuzzi tub that was very nice. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were very nice. We would potentially stay here again. NOTE: the staff are only on site for a few hours per day and they speak only Spanish and Italian.

The way to initially get into the flat felt like solving a puzzle lol. Had to figure out which key unlocked which door and the elevator is as old as the coliseum I think haha

It was at times difficult to get into the hotel due to the keys

The room size was excellent with great amenities. Bed was comfortable, bedding was provided as well. The location was the best part, as the hotel is located in the city centre with every tourist attraction up to 15-20minutes away

- Communication was really poor. I emailed 5 times prior to arrival date (which is apparently their emergency contact so should definitely get a reply!) and messaged on WhatsApp 8 times before arrival. None of which I had a reply to. We had some issues during our stay and only got a response once. As there is no reception 24 hours, we could not ask. - Reception desk is not 24/7 so we did not know how to check out. Had to leave with the keys and bring them back later as we didn’t get any guidance about this. - Shower was leaking really bad. We had to use all our provided towels to stop the room flooding. This became really difficult. - WIFI did not work on both our devices, only one. We contacted about this but did not recieve a response. - When we first arrived, there was no key despite having a message to say it was there. We had told them that we needed access to the building earlier but did not get a response so presume they did not realise this. - Finally, we were woken both mornings by awfully loud work. The first day was drilling which sounded very very close then the second day was smashing of glass on the middle part by the balcony. As the balcony wall is thin and opens without unlocking, we heard it all.

The room and location was beautiful. Receptionist was really helpful in person. Aircon was the best we’ve ever had in a hotel/appartment. We were really pleased with the place but there were a few things that let down our stay. I wanted to feed these back to improve the property as it has great potential!

The lift is old and if someone has used it and not closed the doors it won't work which can mean quite a walk up the stairs but other than that it is fine

Rooms are located in an apartment complex and not a hotel. Instructions are through WhatsApp but after the initial welcome when asked a question we never got a response just automated. We were never made aware there’s a buzzer to exit the doors from the inside and on check out we got stuck in the building, cleaners don’t speak good English so it was difficult to resolve the issue.

Location was perfect! Walking distance from main attractions and metro. Room was lovely a clean, good amenities and good working aircon.

I didn't like the edges of the bed, there were protruding wood which served no function except take up space. The sink was outside, so the layout is a little strange. Wish also that there was an option to change the beddings after 3 nights? We were there for a week...

Location is great, less than 10 minutes away from Spanish steps. Very central. Aircon good. Restaurants below but it was still pretty quiet upstairs which is good. Supermarket is less than 5 minute walk. Not regular reception but whatsapp messaging is very responsive.
