How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AC was not blowing cold air, so the room temperature stayed at 28°C which is to warm to have a good night sleep.
Location is not far from Duomo di Milano, has nice places to eat around, and not too far from central train station. Breakfast is very good, and have many options. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Sound proof (from outside noises) was a disaster. The fixtures really need to be changed. Pillows were average quality. The glass panel in the shower was ridiculously small. We were flooding the bathroom with every shower :(
Nice location. They were able to give us a room quite ahead regular check-in time. Room size was okay for a short stay. Nice choice for breakfast. The breakfast staff was lovely.

A bit aging, I expected more from an UNA hotel. The rooms are tiny and the whole place has this "needs a refresh" vibe.
Good location and amazing service! The staff is simply exceptional. Room cleaning was on another level!

Shower area was a little messy. Bed was not so comfortable for our back (maybe too soft, not sure)
So many breakfast options. Room is big and clean. City view was nice. We walked to the city central area. Communication was great, we even extended our checkout for 1h

No kettle in room or coffee, it's not quite clear what's if the snacks in the room are offered or payable. Found it overall to be expensive.
Good Location very close to the metro and plenty of restaurants around, 25 minute walk from the duomo. The room was good and clean with good amenities. breakfast was fine.

We stayed in March and were unable to adjust the temperature of our room which was a bit too warm. We were offered the option to have the heating turned off completely but it was only a minor problem really and was solved by sleeping with the window open.
The hotel is in a great location for the metro and is in an area with lots of good places to eat. The breakfast was good and the bar area was nice for a drink and snacks before going out. The staff were all friendly. We appreciated having a bath and it had a shower over it.

Bed was a bit hard and small, bedroom door was loose and shower was tight.
Staff were exceptional. Especially the lady at the breakfast bar. Very nice and had attentive to details.

Heating - air conditioning. It was too hot in the room and it was impossible to regulate the heating manually. 2. Bathroom needs to be renovated. After you take a shower, the water is always on the floor. Little glass on the side does not protect. 3. Shower gel /shampoo & hand cream with a strong herbal smell was more suitable for men. 4. Limited choice of salty dishes and yogurts for breakfast. No omelette, budget sausages. But OK in general.
Spacious room and big comfortable bed. There was no electric kettle in the room which we saw in the photos, neither bathrobes mentioned in the list of services/ description of the superiour double room. So we had to ask for them at the reception, where we were treated as if we asked for a not deserved priviledge.

The breakfast wasn’t great but there was enough to choose from, the hotel was a little dated and the air conditioning didn’t work.
The location was perfect for our trip, lots of restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance and the QCtherme spa is literally on the doorstep!
