Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything about this hotel was perfect! Classy and polished with fabulous interior design. Wonderful staff who were very helpful - especially the guys on the front desk with their tips about fashion shopping on a strip where we found more affordable and gorgeous Italian brands which is what we were looking for. Breakfast was fabulous too - a great selection of food and good coffee. And the rooftop bar was lovely too. Will definitely come back next time.

AustraliaMy only gripe for the hotel is a small one but equally important. The quality of the pillows were very poor, they were super thin and felt very cheap. Despite the beds being very comfortable, my wife and I didn't really get a great nights sleep and woke up with sore necks both mornings.
The hotel is very conveniently located. It might be a bit of a walk to the main tourist attractions, but Trastevere is where you want to stay. It really comes to life at night with lots of restaurants, shops and nightlife. The facilities of the hotel where very comfortable and the staff super friendly and accomodating.
