Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaOur mattress was " pilled" . We told the front desk when we left and I'm sure they will put on a mattress cover . Would prefer elastic sided bottom sheets as the flat bottom sheet rolled up during the night.
Great hotel, with room inclusions you don't get in many hotels now. Marshmallows in reception and fruit water. The spa/ pool area ( although the someone's children made staying in the pool difficult ). Excellent location, 4 metro stops to the Duomo.

Fantastic location right next to Lima metro train station which made getting around Milan to all the tourist sites a breeze. Room and bed was very comfortable, even included a coffee machine, great breakfast in the terrace restaurant and we had a lovely meal one evening in the restaurant.

GermanyThe staff, except for the cleaning personnel (they were lovely), was very unfriendly and unpleasant, both at the reception and at the restaurant. Either they can't speak proper English or simply chose not to. I speak 4 languages, unfortunately Italian is not one of them. I understand a little bit, so communication was possible, but this was a bit unexpected for a hotel in a city such as Milan. Breakfast didn't have many options for vegetarians who prefer a savory breakfast.
Nice room, despite the furniture&fixings being old. However, they were well maintained and super-clean. I actually enjoyed the "retro" style and "vibe". I liked the swimming pool: small, but enough for a few laps, clean and well-maintained. Despite the rude staff, I would still come back to the hotel!

Walking distance to Centrale station. We had single rooms which were relatively big with single beds that were more like slightly smaller than a double. Right next to a metro stop (you need a metro ride to the main attractions). Some nice restaurants nearby, away from tourist traps.

United KingdomOne of the lifts was out of order so caused some wait at times. Not enough guidance on how we used the pool and sauna facilities. Such as lockers, towels not provided after a certain time, so needed to bring your own. Having a member staff available would help !!
The of charm of the building, the staff were very helpful. Great breakfast choice , room was cleaned and bed changed every day. The little touches the hotel provided.

IrelandThe only thing about the room was that, we weren't given water every day when the room was cleaned, only on the first day. The pool was ok but very small and can get quite overcrowded. There wasn't much room to go for a proper swim, more so just splash/ sit around in it.
Excellent location, right above the Metro station (Lima). The hotel along a busy shopping street. Breakfast was good, there was a variety of meats, fruit, cereals and bread. Staff were very friendly and the receptionist gave us a upgraded room. Room was very clean and cleaned every day.
