Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Absolutely fantastic apartment. Central location and at the same time and very quiet and safe. Host Loredana is very kind and helped us around the parking lot. All recommendations for this place .

The sofa bed was not very comfortable for two persons. As the apartment is in the historic center, if you have a car, you need to get the ztl pass every day. We had to search infos on the internet to find out how to get it ( there is a mobile app : Palermobilita), if we had the infos in advance, it would have been better
Fully renovated apartment in a very central location, just a few minutes walk from main tourist attractions, as well as shops,bars and restaurants! It feels safe to walk around until late at night!The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a short stay. The mattress of the double bed in the bedroom is one of the best I have ever slept!There is free parking at night at the streets just outside the apartment ( blue lines), but during the day you need to pay 1€/hour ( there are machines that issue the tickets with coins).There are also protected private parkings nearby (although more expensive).

One of the best apartments we have stayed in. Loredeana is a perfect host, very helpful and always available. The apartment is new, well-equipped, and when you arrive, a welcome drink awaits you. The location is exceptional, in the historical center, close to the Teatro Massimo. Overall, everything is highly recommended, and when we return to Palermo, we would definitely like to stay here again.

The location is perfect, it's literally just few meters away from the Massimo Theatre, but you won't hear any noise during the night. The apartment is clean and spacious, and you'll find everything you need in there. Furthermore, Loredana is the perfect host, she was attentive and really helpful.

Location, the best. Beautiful apt all new and remodeled. The host, Loredana, is very kind and helpful in everything you may need. The apt is very good equipped with all you may need and more, like coffee machine with capsules, tea… It has many good details.

Great location near Teatro Massimo, old city center, walk only street with lots of restaurants, bars. Very quiet street, great little bar downstairs in front on the entrance. Apartment was very clean, owners were excellent. Loredana (owner) was very responsive and available. We had a wonderful stay.

So the apartmant was amazing, right in the city center but very quiet, beautifully decorated with Loredana and her husband as most amazing hosts. They left some refreshing drinks for our welcome that we really appreciate! We would definetly love to come back!

The apartment was delightful. Bright and sunny. Newly renovated and nicely furnished. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. Foam memory mattress. Had everything we needed and was very clean. Great location in the old town...2 minute walk from Teatro Massimo. Hosts were fabulous. Very kind and helpful. Responded to messages within 5 minutes day or night. We stayed 6 days. It was our first stop in Sicily and was so cozy.

The apartment had a little issue with the electricity, you could not turn on many appliances at the same time, otherwise the lights would go out and you had to go to the basement to turn it on again. The owners warned us about this but with a little caution, it shouldn’t be a problem
The apartment was brand new, spacious, modern and the location was excellent, next to the Teatro Massimo and a few steps from the famous Via Maqueda. The neighborhood is very quiet and for a group of girls felt really safe. The owners, Loredana and Sergio were super welcoming and helpful, giving us excellent recommendations for restaurants and beaches around Palermo. They left us some sodas in the fridge to freshen up which was a nice touch. We had a wonderful time

Nothing. We liked everything.
The location is amazing, quiet, the spacious rooms, comfortable bed, kitchen amenities, AC in all rooms and safety in building. And the hosts are lovely, from the arrival at the airport until the time of our departure. They were also very helpful and responsive when we had a shower drain clog. They responded and fixed it within an hour on a Saturday morning. With a smile on their faces.

Everything was great , nothing to complain about!
It was a very great stay. The apartment is modernly furnished and was very clean. There is nothing missing. Everything you need is available. It has a perfect location. It is in the middle of the city; yet it is very quiet. There were three of us in the Apartment and had enough space for us and our things. Loredana is a great hostess. She was always available and told us great tips. We would come back anytime.

Nothing to complain about, everything was great!
The apartment is extremely clean, very well equiped, all the furniture and facillities are new, and it is in an excellent location at the heart of the historical part of the city. The hosts were amazing, so nice and friendly! I would recommend this place to anyone!
