It’s in quite neighbouring areas, clean & free airport shuttle. The host couples were helpful.

No breakfast in the house & places nearby. Need a bit of planning.

Paola is a wonderful woman who is very welcoming. The facilities were clean and tidy and the bed was the most comfortable thing ever! The free shuttle service provided was very convenient too. Would highly recommend this place and I have nothing bad to say about it.

Fantastic stay, wish I was staying more than one night. It was the most comfortable bed I have ever had. Perfect location, walk to the supermarket and the beach for beautiful sunset. The best part was the warm welcome and personalised pick up from the airport, and in my case, drop off off at the train. (And the fact there was no stairs). I am grateful for your kindness and thoughtfulness.

Paola was wonderful. I was traveling alone with my 2 years old daughter, and when we arrived, the room was ready with the crib and a cute bedding. I planned an afternoon at the beach, and Paola provided me with a beach towel and even a small beach toy kit for my little one. The facility is only 4 minutes walking from the beach, there's a grocery store one block away and plenty of restaurants by the water. A one evening stay to get an airplane back home turned out to be a short, wonderful gateway for my daughter and I. We will definitely come back when we travel through FCO.

Mosquitos, but they are part of the world.

Amazing value for money. Comfortable bed and the shower was amazing. Spotlessly clean and the host was so friendly and kind. The free shuttle was greatly appreciated. Amazing gracious host.

Great location and especially care from the resort owner. She drives the free airport shuttle service at times to suit your convenience.

The room was small with no windows, although very functional.

Paola is one of the best hosts we had in a while. We would like to highly recommend ‘un passo dal mare’. Everything was great, location, place, Paola’s service, exceptional!! Excellent!!

There is nothing we didn’t like.

Clean, secure and very close to a local mini markets, or many restaurants along the beach. Elvira and Paola picked me up and dropped me back to the airport - great service!

This is a guest house on the owner's property- they were present for help and went out of their way to shuttle us back and forth from the airport. They even walked inside the train station at FCO to find us. It was a short walk from the beach and they directed us to an award winning gelato shop. We had a beautiful, easy overnight before our return flight the next morning. The town was alive with locals at night, and we did some stargazing over the ocean.

There weren't a ton of frills, but the wifi and AC worked well, it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. And, the hosts were funny and kind, so it was a wonderful stay. They spoke some English, but we mostly conversed in Italian.

I always enjoy staying at Un Passo dal Mare whenever I visit Italy. Paola and Elvira are lovely and considerate hosts. I love the garden with the flowers, and the resident cats. My room is always spotless and comfortable. The shuttle service is fabulous. The hosts go out of their way to be helpful. They are the best!

Everything was perfect.

Paola is awesome. I and my son stay overnight on this property, it’s close to airport. Paola offers free rides from and to airport. Excellent stay, clean, quiet place. And 5 minutes to walk to the beach.

Very clean, comfortable and convenient for a night close to the airport with shuttle included. Paula and her sister were extremely nice and hospitable. 100% recommended.

Everything was great.

It felt like a lovely oasis, peaceful and only a 5-minute walk down the road to a nice beach on the sea! The decor is modern and inviting with extra nice touches. The owners, two sisters were very welcoming and accommodated a shuttle from the train station and then again to the airport. This made it ever more relaxing, not having to worry about directions or finding transit.
