We saw some ants in the room, which did not bother us TOO much as insects are to be expected to a certain extent in the mountains. They were crawling on the floor and on the chair but we didnt have them on the bed so it was fine. The pool was great - but it would have been nice to have a jacuzzi next to it as it got pretty windy often and was chilly to be in the water all the time.

We travelled as a couple and absolutely loved our time at the Le Noci villa. Tuscany itself was amazing, and staying here gave us the true local experience we were hoping for. The atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing – perfect for unwinding. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed a good breakfast in the morning. The villa offers delicious local wines and has a nice pool area. It’s also conveniently close to a town with all the necessary infrastructure and great restaurants. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a peaceful escape in beautiful surroundings!

rooms were very small and you could hear the neighbors.

Great place. The location is magnificent - surrounded by the Tuscan woods - perfect for relaxation. There is a creek on the property you can hear in addition to a trail that invites you to explore the area. The restaurant on the property is top notch, with really good food and the breakfast is very diversified and fresh. There is a little town close by (by car) that has a myriad of other things to do. Our room had a little terrace out in the bank, perfect for a good time with a glass of wine.

We felt that the room was quite humid, which made the bedsheets and our clothes feel like their moist. Additionally, the walls are extremely thin, to the point where we could hear the couple next door open the zipper of their suitcase. Lastly, we put out the Do Not Disturb sign, but came back to our room entered anyway which we felt was a bit odd. Breakfast was fine and the restaurant of the hotel was good, although we did find a fly in one of our meals which was promptly exchanged for a new plate. I would suggest eating in a nearby town.

We stayed two nights at Ultimo Mulino Country Hotel and were mostly happy with our stay. We liked the location of the hotel, as it’s close to a few good wineries. The room and the amenities were clean. WiFi was good.

It was absolutely beautiful! The property, the rooms, everything about it was exceptional. Friendly and helpful staff who treated us like family instead of guests. The outdoor dining was in a gorgeous setting with excellent food, wine and service!

Only thing was when it rained, to get to the bathroom you need to walk outside the restaurant instead of through. That wasn’t ideal but was the only thing. Perhaps they can add a ceiling walkway for when it rains

Absolutely loved our stay at L’Ultimo Mulino. Peaceful location, beautiful surroundings, incredibly kind staff, and delicious breakfast. It felt like a dream tucked into the hills of Chianti. We’ll definitely be back!

Staff was very nice & helpfull. They prepared a surprise for my husbands birthday! We loved the comfort, views, birds singing in the morning and delicious breakfast. Lady serving coffee at breakfast was absolutely sweet with our children. A place to stay to relax & enjoy the nature and also a great starting point to exploring Tuscany.

Drinks by pool which they offer and bring were way overcharged, more expensive than most high class restaurants (6e small beer, 7e ordinary house wine). If you know (better than us) it's easy to avoud and just drink your own. Unfortunately we had very noisy neighbors next to our room who we heard long into the night despite ear plugs, rooms are not that well insulated in terms of sound. Also someone was smoking downstairs outside entrance (below our room no1) every night which was annoying.

Extremely friendly staff, really exceptional reception. Incredible - and I mean incredible - infinity pool and view. Really good breakfast, everything you need. Nice situated in hillside, 8 min car ride to next small village with good restaurants.

Lovely stay here! The hotel is beautiful and very clean and comfortable, amazing water pressure in the shower, spacious rooms, and the staff so attentive and kind! The breakfast was also absolutely fantastic. Would love to stay here again. There's lots of parking available too.

The pool was very nice but not heated. Great on hot days but not on cloudy days. Breakfast was great with a great variety of options. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall we loved our stay!
