Only issue other than the mosquitoes which is out of anyone's control was maybe equip the kitchen with a frying pan or spatula. Other than that nothing to fault the stay at all.

Silvia the host was lovely and very hospitable. She went out of her way to give us the must dos of Florence. The room was spacious, bed firm and comfortable. The only issue being mosquitoes in the summer months but that was also taken care of with vapes and plug ins.

69stairs with no elevator. We were warned about it and we went into it with our eyes open, but if you don't like stairs - this is not your place.

The room had a small balcony and it was fun to sit outside in the evening and look over the rooftops.

The place is very good, clean and the staff super nice! The room was overall nice, the bed somehow comfortable and the bathroom good size for 2. The shower was nice. The room was a bit warm, since there is no window and we could not open the door since the region has some mosquitos. The common area has coffee, some small snacks and even some candies. The rooms are located in the 3rd floor and no lift, so important to consider that if you have a big luggage. The location is perfect, nearby all the highlights of the city.

Just be aware there is no elevator, and the rooms are located on a third floor; there is a platform, though.

Clean, cosy, 5min walking distance to the Uffizi galleries; the area is full of trattorias and all the facilities you would need. Silvia recommended us several places for lunch and dinner and places worth visiting. She is a superb host.

The device, which was attached to the stairs, looked like it was intended for a disabled person. Maybe it could be used to transport suitcases?

Right in the old town of Florence! There is a small car park nearby, which may need to be booked in advance during the tourist season. The stairs to the top are not the easiest challenge if you have large suitcases. The design of the apartment is in keeping with the old town. Beautiful ceilings. Nice view of the courtyard, where you can see a different Florence. Nice hostess!

Third floor without elevator is a good exercise 😅, but thankfully I was only with a backpack, no heavy luggage.

The Host was very nice and helpful giving me hints on where to go and the best way to there. The location is perfect, everything is walking distance

Honestly, it was great. Maybe just provide a couple more hangers? But that’s nothing important!

Coffee, tea, and snacks were provided. Perfect central locations to all the main attractions in Firenze. A lot of very close locations for food, snacks, and sweets! Frequent towels and sheet changes which was appreciated and the terrace was lovely! Pretty quiet room!

A lot of steps up to the apartment, but we knew this in advance, so no complaints. Well worth the extra effort.

The character of the room/bed/bathroom was excellent, much preferred over a boring hotel room. Our hostess Silvia was excellent, her friendly and helpful nature made our stay a better experience.
