Everything about the stay was great. Venice is a small, busy place and the staff at the check in do a great job managing through spikes of people arriving together. The team were great, the hotel is cool and location good too. The rooms are hard to complain about. The dinner recommendations were good too. We enjoyed our short stay. We had to leave early the next morning and they made us brekkie boxes to go. I'd highly recommend this place.

Faultless

Great hotel in perfect location. Only a few steps from the train station and close to the bus station. Situated in a busy hub offering a supermarket, lots of great places to eat (one not so good - check ratings first), and great shopping. Happy to walk from there exploring Venice without lugging luggage or taking expensive transport. Very modern, large room and comfy bed. Great selection at breakfast, and secret garden was a fabulous surprise. Staff were awesome. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

The location was perfect for us, so close to the train station. The breakfast was delicious and we ate outside in the beautiful garden/patio. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful! If we're ever back in Venice, we'll stay again!

The hotel is fantastic. The room was very spacious (we were 3 people with a baby and it seemed very comfortable at all times). The bathroom was great as well. Everything new and very nicely decorated. The staff of the hotel was just above the level. On the day of my mom's birthday Cristina (the responsible of the breakfast room) prepared a very nicely decorated surprise cake for her. This was priceless. The hotel also has a very nice and big garden with a bar and a chill out area. And it's just 5-10 min walk from the bus stop, but already into the beautiful all area of Venice.

If i'm being really critical, drawers in the room would be a good addition as there is no drawer space, had to use our suitcase for drawer. Liquid hand soap or a soap dish in the bathroom would be useful but again very small things.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable, bathroom very modern. Robe and complimentary slippers along with complimentary mini bar with snacks. Everything you could eat for breakfast with freshly made coffees. Great location with everything you needed within walking distance. Easy transfer by water taxi to a taxi stop very close to the hotel. Staff were very attentive and polite at all times and really could not do enough for you.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel was very close to Venice San Lucia train station, about 4 minutes walk. I had wanted a hotel close to the train station, so that it's easier to walk with our luggages and no bridges. I also wanted to book a hotel, instead of rental homes, so that we didn't get bitten by mosquitoes while sleeping. Room was very clean and no mosquitoes at all. Room was small, but adequate for 3 people. Bathroom and shower were spacious though! Breakfast was delicious and there were so many options in the buffet style breakfast, so much more offered than in US hotels! I had added the breakfast cost when I booked our reservation, so I highly recommend you add it, well worth it. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Staff also reserved our water taxi ride to Venice airport. We had a wonderful stay in this hotel and would come back again.

Nothing to complain about everything was great.

Great location. Take the train. This is the closest to the hotel and you won’t have to go up all the steps on the bridge. We arrived early in the morning and they held our luggage for us until we were able to check in in the afternoon. The room was great spacious clean had everything we needed. Everyone was so kind and the location was fantastic. You walk out of your room and everything is right there. Water taxi is close by train station the water Tax you can pick up and take wherever you’d like to go buy the one day ticket and you can get on and off multiple times.

THE BEST HOTEL EVER!! I was nervous because Venezia everything is old and not so clean but this hotel si brand new, the only hotel with actual working air conditioning in Italy after visiting major cities, so clean, service 24/7 which is a plus all the hotels at 5 pm in Italy they all go to sleep, free lugagge storage, free complimentaries, perfect wifi, comfortable couch which is again IMPOSSIBLE to find in Italy. Not one hair in sheets. Its like american service but in Venice!!! The best cant recommend it enough

Floors in the bedrooms not very clean, our socks were quite dirty from walking on the bedroom floors. Maybe the hotel needs to provide slippers.

Location location location! This hotel definitely is the perfect location. Its about 3 mins walk from the train station. And its literally in front of the boat ferry! There is plenty restaurants and everything is within the walking distance. Very clean establishment and very helpful staff and the breakfast was definitely 10/10. They had both vegan and pescatarian options which is perfect for me because I don't eat meat!
