Nothing, it was perfect. The town itself is small but has all the basic amenities you need however knew this before we booked. I’d suggest hiring a car to explore this beautiful area.

Great pool area and rooms are nicely decorated and spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had a massive roof terrace, which was perfect for evening drinks. Chiara is super helpful and was very attentive to all our needs from helping us book restaurants and taxis, to suggestions and recommendations of places to visit. I’d definitely stay here again as a great base to visit nearby areas and sad to leave after 6 nights here . A big shout out to Chiara!

Everything was perfect!

Absolutely everything, the pool was stunning and very well maintained, amazing view as well. Chiara was always nice answering questions and providing us with tips and suggestions that made our holidays even better. The room was perfect, cleaning is on top of the game, very quiet during the night, so you can get the best sleep and rest ever.

Nothing! We loved everything.

Everything about this property was great! We had a lovely apartment with a mezzanine bedroom & a very large roof terrace, it had all the amenities you needed including a washing machine. There was a beautiful shared pool with sun loungers were you can relax & the host Chiara was exceptional she recommended a beautiful beach 10 mins drive away & restaurants in the lovely town the apartment is situated in.

an architecturally stunning property with a beautiful roof top terrace and swimming pool. Our host was most kind and absolutely everything required was provided for us in our accommodation. TR Residence is located in the very sweet town of San Nicola and we could walk down to the town/village in minutes for breakfast or a coffee or dinner which was lovely.

Wonderful place to stay, would definitely return. Great communication with our hosts who were very warm and welcoming. The apartment had everything one could want - air con, washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker....The vaulted stone ceiling of the apartment was seriously impressive. Fabulous swimming pool *** which because of the time of year, we had almost to ourselves. Great local restaurant nearby, 'Vecchio Camino' excellent food. A lovely local bar for cappuccino and cornetto in the morning, next door to the restaurant . We really loved this place, slightly off the beaten track and all the better for it.

Can't fault it.

Everything. Chiara wasa dantastic host. We got upgraded and got an apartment with a private roof terrace. I highly recommed booking this one. Our apartment was spotless clean, had everything we needed. The whole complex is really amazing. Swimming pool, with sunbeads and umbrellas, set up for a maximum enjoyement. The location is prefect, some 30k to Lecce, 80k to Brindisi airport, 20k to Otrano and Adriatic coast, and 15 min away from Gallopoli. Plenty of parking space and 5 min away from the most anazing coffee and pasteries in Sannicola. Very relaxing holiday, far away from the noise of Gallipoli. Highly recommend it.

Gorgeous property in authentic Italian style..everything thought of & stunning pool. The host Chiara was delightful & surprised us with an upgrade. A vino viewing the sunset from the rooftop terrace was stunning! Highly recommend!!

The adress on the.booking site is not where the.apartment is.located. with inyetnational roa ing not working well, we.didnt get the updates on adressess etc. It is actually about 10kms from Gallipolli in a small place where as a visitor it is nearly impossible to find a street in a maze of one way streets. thank God.to.a great local , who helped us.

Quiet location, helpful host, only 15 minute drive to beaches and old town. Lovely swimming pool. Easy parking. We asked for some wine glasses which came straight away. Chiara messaged rash day to see if we needed anything.
