How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The food is good but expensive. The location is not so good if you want to go for a wallk. Really far from everything and no public transportation. Definitely you need a car.
The hotel is quite new so everything is nice and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. It’s close to the airport so is quite handy if you need to catch a glint early morning.

Carpet floors; can never be clean! We too two rooms with the door opening in between; area in between has never been vacuumed. We stayed at the beginning of August and now at the end; we happened to be given the same two rooms; cream was empty both times…

Seems a shame to have to pay for the shuttle back to the airport when you spend so much for the accommodation. Otherwise no faults, loved my stay here

Some sewage smell from the shower area inside the toilet. Staff could be more friendly.
The property is clean and new. Like the design of the room, being spacious and modern. Comfortable bed! Had a good sleep before our long haul flight. Speedy check in and check out.

The restaurant receptionist was very disrespectful and not polite to receive guests. I was upset with her treatment, and this bothered me. For two consecutive days, she treated me very impolitely. I hope the hotel management takes action against her.

Beautiful and convenient location for airport hotel. Gym has views of sheep and goats frolicing in field across the street. Easy ride from airport.

The charge for the shuttle bus
Room and bathroom are very spacious. The outdoor seating area for drinks and eating has a variety of seating alternatives and is very comfortable. It’s a very funky hotel.

For shuttle you need to pay - this is highly unacceptable for hotel which is 10 min walk (no pavements so you don't have a choice). High of the bed - comfy but to high. Sensors for lighting - when you move they were getting some lights generated which meant you could not get dark in the room.
The hotel it's close to airport and open 24h Very comfy bed however you almost need a ladder to climb in - it was on very high level! Swimming pool available. If you need to work it's a lot of working space around. Nice interior and very clean.

Each room should have a full range a toiletries and a hairdryer at no cost for those whose luggage is lost or in transit. Especially given the high cost of the room
The hotel is only a few minutes drive from the airport. The room is very quiet for a good rest. Breakfast offers a great choice of sweet and savoury foods. Great TV screen.

The restaurant was very expensive and it was a bit confusing to organise the shuttle. Communication from the hotel about how to find the driver was limited.

Very good location if you want to rest between your flights. Nice hotel, was everything clean. Was good breakfast buffet with a lot of different food. Only what I didn’t like much that I needed to wait 25 minutes for my transfer which I booked in advance, but Matteo on the reception was very nice and he gave me free ticket to the way back from the hotel. And I think that you need to change a towels because they look really “tired”. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
