An ideal location if you are on a city break to Rome. Walking distance to all big tourist attractions. Our host was very welcoming and kept in touch during our stay. The apartment is kept very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Trevi Steps is impeccably clean, high quality accommodation with contemporary decor. There is exceptional attention to detail which ensures a very comfortable and pleasurable stay. It was 37 degrees when we visited and the air conditioning worked perfectly cooling the room quickly. The bedroom window has a remote controlled blackout blind fitted into the frame, and the bed was huge and extremely comfortable. You are provided with 3 towels per person which are white and fluffy (the brand Pierre Cardin). The kitchen area is lovely, with filtered water available from the tap (cold, room temperature or even sparkling), it was such a bonus to have this. Alessandro is the perfect host. He is generous with his time and responds immediately to any questions. He met us at the property (after making contact via WhatsApp), where we were given delicious homemade cakes made by his Mum. At the end of our stay he let us store our bags after checkout. He is a kind and genuine person making sure you have everything you need for a seamless stay. He even arranged a taxi to the airport for us. The location is within walking distance to the historic sites, and also close to restaurants and shops. We felt very safe. There is a guestbook with extensive information including a 7 day suggested itinerary which is detailed and so helpful. All in all I’d like to say a big thank you to Alessandro and recommend Trevi Steps without hesitation.

The Oceana room was way too small for us. Didn’t realize how small the room was when we booked. It was hard to navigate the room with luggage. Also, a bit of a smell in the toilet room. When we visit again, I’d select a larger room.

Great location. Very close to all of the attractions. Not too noisy for sleeping. The staff was very friendly and met us when we arrived. Nice shared kitchen area with espresso machine. The bed was extremely comfortable.

We booked this last minute in Rome due to the close proximity to everything we wanted to see. It truly exceeded our expectations in all ways. The property is very modern and very clean. You have access to a kitchen stocked with water, coffee and beautiful home made cakes!! The service is next level and there is a map in the room with suggested site seeing.

This is minor, but the access to each of the doors is a bit wonky...needed both a website and key card to unlock building, floor and room doors.

The location is perfect...within easy walking distance to most of Rome's attractions. The rooms are remodeled, well-designed and in great condition. Great style, too! Alessandro is an amazing host...very welcoming and responsive. While it's advertised as a "hotel," it's more of a 4-suite guest house...occupying one floor of the building. There's a great common area with kitchenette and homemade goodies.

My son and I walked everywhere from this location--we prefer walking though, so we can see more of a place. The rooms were great and well equipped, everything worked well and was thoughtfully prepared. The best thing was the service. My son left his laptop in the room and Allesandro went way above and beyond to help us get it to a taxi driver to bring it to the airport for us, in time for our flight. Very personal and helpful service. I don't always use reviews, but this place really merited it.

Room seemed very new and clean. The atmosphere is chique but cozy. Alessandro is an excellent host. Very friendly a tries his utmost to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Location is an absolute 10+ (e.g. Trevi fountain, city center, colosseum all at walking distance)

I loved the fantastic location and spotless cleanliness—great value for the price! The host was super responsive, and the elevator was a nice touch. However, noisy reception and lack of some toiletries for a 4 night stay could be avoided with a bit more attention to detail. Still, a very good choice because of the location and cleanliness. I was confused a bit when booking as I thought this is a boutique hotel but it is a big apartment converted in reception and rooms. Still , I was satisfied!

Very well location for exploring Rome by foot. Alessandro is excellent host, hellpfull and supporting. Room was small but very comfortable and clean. Cleaning was every day. We appreciated the possibility to make coffee or tea at any time. And the cakes were also very good.

Honestly coudn't find fault with anything.

A selection of sweets, nuts and cookies were available in the common room as well as a Nespresso machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample selection of dishes. The room was spotless and very tastefully designed. Treated water was available in the common room and a carafe of water was waiting in the room with glasses and a welcome treat. Shower was superb...lots of pressure and no temperature issues. Lighting and window options were plentiful and the room had good A/C. Location was absolutely fantastic with the Coliseum, Trevi Steps, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and countless other historical sights, restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance in every direction. Communications with the host and check-in was excellent. We were very impressed with the attention to detail given to this accomodation and could not be happier with our decision to stay here.
