The add should include information about how close it is to the Barbarini Metro station instead of the owner pushing a private car service after reserving the room. It was 70Euro to get there from the airport with the car service and less than 20 with the metro to Termini and a transfer to the express train to the airport.

The only minor issue is that the hot water in the shower was a little tepid for my liking.

The room size, the comfortable bed, a fridge stocked with beer, wine, soft drink and water. The room was very quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

The outdoor courtyard was a bit dirty and not very inviting to spend time out there but this is the only negative.

Very good location, able to walk to all the main tourist sites, except Vatican, within half an hour. The room was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne for my husband’s birthday. The bed was comfortable and not as hard as other beds we had in Italy.

The accommodation was modern & very clean. Bathroom had a great shower and was spotless. Tea/coffee making facilities with little snacks. Room also had a mini-bar. Staff very friendly & helpful. Centrally located.

It was easy to find. The location is great. The room was quiet despite being on an active road. I felt safe by myself. It was very clean and well designed for a small space. I got in after the normal check-in time and it was easy to follow the self check-in instructions. When I checked out the property host was very kind and carried my bag to the street. I will recommend this place and stay here again.

Lovely spacious room, very clean. Easy self check in and pleasant & friendly member of staff. Quiet location but walking distance to everything (5mins to Trevi fountain, 15mins to Pantheon, 20mins to colosseum and plenty of restaurants and shops close by)

The location is perfect, you are less than 5 minutes from the metro and bus stop. It's right in the centre.

Great location, 5 min walk to Trevi fountain, good central location to everything. Room was excellent. Massive bed and shower. Safe and minimal bar. Staff very friendly. I was nervous about the self check in but was very easy as instructions were very clear. Will stay again and have recommended to my in laws who are coming to Rome next year.

Nothing everything was literally perfect!

Everything was literally perfect! From the excellent service from Marc to the incredible room. Bed was 200x200 and so super comfortable and there was a hair dryer and an air-conditioning inside the bathroom to make it warm so we weren’t cold after the shower!I booked the bigger room which is sooooo worth it! Everything was super clean and we had people cleaning our room every day. Anything we needed Marc was there to help us, even at simpler things like suggesting a restaurant, and explaining us about the buses and trains! The room is 5-6 minutes walk from Trevi Fountain and next to the centre! We had access to food and beverages as close as 100meters from there. There is a mini store right next door so if we needed something we would have it within seconds. Great security doors to get inside the rooms! Felt safe at all times. We loved it. It couldn’t be any more perfect!! Suggest it 1000%.
